  1. At least make it free to get customer service by email. It is stupid to only be able to talk to a human if you pay.

    Customer service is 101 for a company. I have never seen a company charge its customers for help. Don't forget Yahoo, you wouldn't be here without us.

  2. I have been locked out of my ***@yahoo.com e-mail account. The Yahoo ID window keeps going to AT&T.net

    How can I change from the AT&T.net window to the **@yahoo.com e-mail account I've had for the past 20 years? Is locking me out of my account a good idea?

  5. A "possible fix" to being unable to get to read your emails in yahoo mail

    My problem isn't that the folders are empty, my problem is that the folders show the emails BUT when you go to read them the emails are empty except for an add for yahoo mail +.
    At first I didn't know if the problem was with a change in Chrome or a change to yahoo mail, or possibly both so I did some testing.
    - Normally I use Chrome and then load yahoo.com, and then go to yahoo mail, BUT
    I can't get to any email text this way.
    - It took me a while to do the testing but…

    Notifications number! After I have read all message in my email, the YahooMail! notification number does not go away when refreshed. The only way to get rid of it is to close and reopen...

    HELP - Yahoo help is terrible. WHY. It's like you discourage USERS. You need a better HELP function. It should be user friendly or do you do this on purpose to try to get people to sign up for your technical support? Not every issue is a technical issue?

  9. Yahoo has been bought out by Trump im leaving

    My idea is simple, quit charging money for yahoo tech support, this is your email service you fix it. I found a bogus child account in my email no idea how long its been there and who really did it, but im not paying $5 a month to find out.

    I found out because I am counseling my yahoo accounts, Yahoo is nothing but all Trump now, Im so sick of hearing about him, he is old news, he lost get over it! Then its nothing but Biden bashing too.

    You think we real Americans cant tell when a fix…

  14. get rid of mail from past days after i have already dealty with my mail up to date. Dont want old mail,

    why does yahoo mail show mail in black print from prior days and weeks when i have already gone through my mail and read and either disposed of or saved in a folder. what is this -- i should see all mail not dealt with up to the point i log in. So where is all this socalled previous mailc coming from? I dont want old mail i have already seen or dealt with.

  19. filter

    Filters are not working:
    I created a filter and folder to move some selected emails to the specific folder but it is not working. Settings ---> More settings ---> Filter ----> Add a filter. The above steps which I followed to create a new filter but still the selected emails are not moved, and the folder is empty with no emails in it. I don't have Social Media.
