  3. Enable opt-out for gambling adverts

    It's highly dangerous for people struggling with a gambling addiction to see unsolicited adverts for online betting in their inboxes. Please stop this. At least make it possible to block specific types of product.

  4. why is my name still wrong

    I followed all your instructions to change my name. All of them, to the letter. And it totally looks changed...right up until I email someone, and then my former name just pops right up there. Why? And since I can't fix it, can someone fix it on your end? Please don't refer me to either:

    Why do you limit the block senders to 1000? There are so many bad actors out there. Giving us a chance to block them might help discourage them.

    I had a message in my Spam folder which was not Spam and I marked it as such...and now it seems to have disappeared. It never made it back to my Inbox.

    Hi there. If you wish to sort your Inbox by sender, please make sure you have the ''Group by conversation'' option turned off. To check that, click on Settings>More Settings>Viewing email. 


    Then you can select the ''Sort'' drop down in your inbox then choose ''Sender''. That way your Inbox will be sorted by senders, alphabetically.

  12. Stop weekly password change

    I setup 2FA for Yahoo. Since then, I get weekly forced password changes, claiming unusual activity on my account. And I get asked to enable 2FA because "accounts like yours are targeted". Sure enough, Yahoo has forgotten that 2FA is enabled.
    (I use a YubiKey with Yubi Authenticator.) There is no reason for this.

    If I don't enable 2FA, I still have to change my password. This is painful: I use the web interface, Thunderbird OATH (2 devices) and K-9 mail (another Oath2 device).

    Increasing security as I did is not harmful "unusual activity"..

    At the very least, TELL ME…

  14. Bring Back Community Forum

    I am not able to access community forum and ask a question like I use to. Why is Yahoo restricting support through the forum and forcing us to pay a subscription for help? I have a problem which I have taken every step suggested and it has not worked. Which means your site does not work properly or is lacking info. The only way to know that is by asking the community to post questions. Why have you restricted that practice. Other services and sites have the ability to post a question and get answers. Are you trying to monopolize…

  16. Account Lock and Termination

    Have the system pick up on attempts to access account so that the system does not automatically lock and get rid of all personal information and important documents. I tried for a long time to regain access and the only option was always to call a PAID line for assistance. I finally decide to reach out, get interrogated and just to be told that it was in fact not active anymore. Everything revolves around MONEY. It's disgustingly ridiculous!

  17. Trying to let yahoo mail know of issues with their contact us page

    I called the 800 number to let them know about issues with freezing of contact us page and the agent there says she's not with the chat department and as I was continuing to describe my issues got disconnected, so can't contact yahoo mail for issues with their email contact page and to ask questions about deleting trash and spam as well as suggestion to add for auto delete sent.

    Where did all of my emails go? I used to have a Rocketmail account and now using Yahoo the emails are all gone.

  20. delete ongoing and unwanted sender in spam folder

    how do I block/delete permanently a specific sender in my spam folder. Sender is not legitimate and I DO NOT want junk sent from them. They are the only ones that end up in the spam folder. Please help me get rid of them permanently!!!
