  1. Account Lock and Termination

    Have the system pick up on attempts to access account so that the system does not automatically lock and get rid of all personal information and important documents. I tried for a long time to regain access and the only option was always to call a PAID line for assistance. I finally decide to reach out, get interrogated and just to be told that it was in fact not active anymore. Everything revolves around MONEY. It's disgustingly ridiculous!

  2. Trying to let yahoo mail know of issues with their contact us page

    I called the 800 number to let them know about issues with freezing of contact us page and the agent there says she's not with the chat department and as I was continuing to describe my issues got disconnected, so can't contact yahoo mail for issues with their email contact page and to ask questions about deleting trash and spam as well as suggestion to add for auto delete sent.

    Where did all of my emails go? I used to have a Rocketmail account and now using Yahoo the emails are all gone.

  5. delete ongoing and unwanted sender in spam folder

    how do I block/delete permanently a specific sender in my spam folder. Sender is not legitimate and I DO NOT want junk sent from them. They are the only ones that end up in the spam folder. Please help me get rid of them permanently!!!

  6. emails just disappear

    POOR SUPPORT
    I have had old emails in my account and they just suddenly disappear. Yahoo has done nothing to help me get them back. I have no idea why they disappeared. I am sooooo very unhappy with the quality of yahoo email. I want my old emails back into my inbox!!!!! I never changed anything and they just suddenly go away.

  9. HEADERS too LARGE. Not enough space for MAIL

    The inbox is too small. All of the ribbons take up too much space. I can only see 3 lines on my screen. Then there is an advertising window on the right side. I get tired of scrolling up and down and left and right to read a message

    When will you stop aslomg me to use the Yahoo app to sign in? Do you really believe it is faster to grab my phone, open the app to sign in than just entering my password.

  13. Block domains, not just addresses.

    I know this has been submitted before but looks like the first time was years ago so here is another attempt to ask for a vital feature request. Please, please, please allow blocking at the domain level vs just blocking a single address. Spammers have hundreds of accounts they shift to if one gets blocked.

  16. where is all my email - I just signed in ffor the first time in a week and find NO new email

    Disappearing email - I just signed in for the first time in a week and find NO new email. We don't have web access at home so we go to the library weekly to do our computer work. Also on yahoo app my email accounts keep disappearing - I have 3 for different uses.

  18. Sign into Yahoo on mac crashes it on macOS Mojave

    When running Mail on a MacOS Mojave I can't receive any of my Yahoo emails, and there is a black arrow asking me to log into my Yahoo account. When I click on this and enter my name and password the Mac Mail application crashes and quits.

    When I try using my iMac using macOS Ventura it will work, and I am able to run my Yahoo account. However, I do not want to run Mail on my iMac but I want to continue to use my laptop.

    I suspect that incompatible software is being downloaded to my Laptop, causing…

  19. Email Recovery Conflict

    How many email accounts are we supposed to have? If yahoo and everyone else requires sending a OTP to another email to get in there is no way to recover access to an email account we're locked out of. I need to get into Yahoo Mail to access the code to get into Outlook but Yahoo Mail is requiring I get into Outlook to get into Yahoo Mail! I thought you folks were supposed to be competitors? Why are you so determined to require us to use your competitors?

  20. Fire Tablet there is a "tab/section" for receipts but no way to delete them I have over 5 years worth. How do I remove them with no info ?

    How do I remove over 5 years of receipts on the Android version of mail? No instructions anywhere or any mention of this function. I want to get rid of it entirely. My device is a Fire Tablet.
