why is my name still wrong
I followed all your instructions to change my name. All of them, to the letter. And it totally looks changed...right up until I email someone, and then my former name just pops right up there. Why? And since I can't fix it, can someone fix it on your end? Please don't refer me to either:

I probably should have added that instead of my name "Curry" showing up when I email someone, "Smith" shows up. Every time.
