download slide shows turns into encrypted code not the actual picture
I was sent a slide show for the military and when i try to download it the image turns into a encrypted text. How do i fix this problem or get it to download properly.

I do not like the new email set up. I like to see who the emails are coming from first. I don't want to read the message to try to figure out who is sending the messages. I also don't like having to delete each individual email. Can I get the old format back?

Several Mailbox issues
Stop changing the theme/format/look/functions of Yahoo!'s email system. Every single time Yahoo! changes the format/style/theme/etc. of the mailbox, they get a metric ton of complaints about it. Yahoo!'s users don't want things to change ... at least not so drastically, and all at once, and be forced to accept the change without any choice in the matter.
It is impossible to contact Yahoo! directly in order to complain about this kind of thing, so this 'feedback forum' was created. Yahoo! needs to stop what they're doing, take a step back, and look at what they are doing to their users.…

Every message I open Avast says "Threat secured. We've...aborted connection on ecp.yusercontent.com because infected with URL:Phishing"
This may represent a virus or malware threat, or Avast may be incorrectly monitoring Yahoo Mail.

how do you close your an email after opening it
"Closing" should be as easy as "Delete, " "Move" or "Archives" at the top of the email box.

filters
I have a total of 2 filters. I just added the second one in the last month. Most of the time it works fine, the other times they kicked to the Spam folder. On the "From:" I have the entire email address of the sender. On the "To: I have my entire Yahoo email address.

THERE ARE TOO MANY HEADERS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE NEW EMAIL FORMAT WHICH MAKES TOO MANY FOLDERS TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO DELETE OR LOOK FOR EMAILS!!!!!!!!! ELIMINATE THE UNREAD....STARRED... AND ARCHIVE FOLDERS FROM THAT LEFT HAND SIDE.... THIS IS NOT "USER FRIENDLY" AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Linked emails accounts are now in disarray
Used to have multiple emails linked. Now I have to add my Yahoo business email EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to see it through my yahoo account AND cannot access it on my phone. This is a complete disaster for me, especially when I am out of the office constantly!

Did you get rid of groups?
I NEED groups as part of the organizations that I belong to and I NEED to be able to post to those groups, especially since I'm an ADMIN on one. Why the "HECK" did you remove groups from the tabs above email??? I don't understand why you don't hire a professional to do the job. It's as bad as your outsourcing for your articles, which I don't read anymore because the stories are badly written.

Email Search has now too many selections. This is how I delete my emails. You are going to cause yourself an overload of undeleted emails!
I deleted my emails by searching a particular sender like "Ebay" and then would delete that entire batch of emails. Your search for those emails has too many selections now. It's no longer worth going through those Selections to delete the same amount of emails from the Same sender. Many people delete emails the same as I do. You are going to use up too many servers to store all the undeleted emails. Returning the Search back to the way it was will save you $Millions. I get random emails but sometimes they are genuine. Why isn't there a scanner or some sort of ability to know if an email is genuine or has virus or other malware attached. How thorough is yahoo at keeping malware away from us users?

I will not buy any product or service that is advertised on Yahoo
The whole of my family deliberately and specifically will not buy any product or use any service that is advertised in amongst email platforms. I have other email providers that do not insult me with adverts, and in consequence I only use Yahoo as a back-up. Please tell your advertisers that putting adverts into Yahoo Mail is counter-productive and LOWERS the attractiveness of their sales.
