  4. Account setup crashes "MAIL" client from Apple every time

    Add account to MAIL from Apple seems not to function properly and crashes the MAIL client app every time.
    I like to reinstall by using login name, then I am not a robot, then password and finally the app crashes every time. How about getting some help from YAHOO for a change, I mean help from a real person. You can email me at zarragossa@gmail.com that works just fine in MAIL client from apple. Only Yahoo does not work.

    Why would a paying customer have to pay for support and see add on the while right side of the email window. When you claim its the web provider thats a lie its your site an your page turbify or whatever you are called this week is a joke, .

  6. Mail Servers are hacked

    Twice in the past 2 weeks I've been emailed an email 2 factor verification code because somebody has been attempting to login to my account from various strange cities, some even in Europe. I have changed my password twice now. I have only accessed this account from my Iphone 12pro or my Imac, and yet people in strange cities are somehow acquiring my Yahoo password and attempting to login to my account. None of my Banking or Commerce accounts like Amazon, or Social Media accounts have been compromised. Conclusion: Yahoo Servers have been hacked. Please do something.

  9. Dear *******, please stop blocking my email account login when I use my desktop PC (with already saved credentials, that I use daily!).

    STOP useless checks! I really need to use my email, if I know the password, just let me sign in (******* retards). If you get bored with other tasks and have nothing to do, leave your job!

    Yahoo won't accept my cell phone # for a new Yahoo account under my artistic name. "The number already exists". Of course it does, I only have one phone. Who's the "genius" who comes up with such idiotic rules? Oh, and then this: Sign in required to send feedback. I am signed in, you imbecile!

    Unfortunately this cannot be bypassed. We recommend creating the new account using a different number.

    And my facebook works excellent can you send me verify code in it (( As per with my mail with Facebook messenger))
    and i remember one of two questions to recover forget password.

    Why don't I get the option to receive a verification code rather than do numerous verification challenges? I'll have to seriously consider using another email provider

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  16. Problems with toggling between accounts

    I toggle between two accounts, but it has become increasingly difficult to do so. When I want to go back to my main account from my secondary one, yahoo blocks me for an hour--and that is only from when I first try to get in, if I don't try for an hour, it still says I can't get in for an hour.     I think it would be a great idea to change the layout to be more like Gmail because it is less complicated and less confusing. I think you should also make it so we can pick the colors for the backgroundbecause the colors are kinda lame.

  18. STOP kicking me out of Yahoo and making me stop and change my password EVERY TIME I log in from overseas. Please.

    This only happens when I go overseas, but it happens EVERY time I go overseas, and usually multiple times, costing me time and losing emails that I've spent time drafting and don't have time to resend. Plus then I have to go and change my password everywhere. Can't you just have a button that I can click if I'm planning to be overseas? I can even tell you where I'm going.
