block offensive ads permanently
Give me the ability to permanently block certain ads. Case in point, there is a thoroughly disgusting toe fungus ad that keeps playing DAILY in the right side bar of my news feed. This ad is REPULSIVE! And no matter how many times I cancel it, and comment that the ad is inappropriate and I don't want to see it any more, it still pops up DAILY. Sometimes I am eating and reading email and this ad makes my want to puke! Yahoo - please get your sh!!! together! Allow us to permanently block offensive ads. PLEASE!!!!!!!! DO SOMETHING!

Let us change the base name/nickname for temporary/disposable email addresses!
I set up this feature many years ago oblivious to the fact that I would be stuck with the awful name I chose for the rest of my life. As a result, I never use this feature, even though I regularly run into situations where it would be useful, and every few months or so I check back, hoping something changes here. Please let me change the name! At this point I don't care if I have to wait on hold for hours to talk to someone to get it done. I just badly want it changed!

Account setup crashes "MAIL" client from Apple every time
Add account to MAIL from Apple seems not to function properly and crashes the MAIL client app every time.
I like to reinstall by using login name, then I am not a robot, then password and finally the app crashes every time. How about getting some help from YAHOO for a change, I mean help from a real person. You can email me at zarragossa@gmail.com that works just fine in MAIL client from apple. Mail Servers are hacked
Twice in the past 2 weeks I've been emailed an email 2 factor verification code because somebody has been attempting to login to my account from various strange cities, some even in Europe. I have changed my password twice now. I have only accessed this account from my Iphone 12pro or my Imac, and yet people in strange cities are somehow acquiring my Yahoo password and attempting to login to my account. None of my Banking or Commerce accounts like Amazon, or Social Media accounts have been compromised. Conclusion: Yahoo Servers have been hacked. Please do something.

Yahoo won't accept my cell phone # for a new Yahoo account under my artistic name. "The number already exists". Of course it does, I only have one phone. Who's the "genius" who comes up with such idiotic rules? Oh, and then this: Sign in required to send feedback. I am signed in, you imbecile!
Unfortunately this cannot be bypassed. We recommend creating the new account using a different number.

How long should I wait an hour before logging in, then show I'm not a robot and then send a code to another email or my iPhone? Now it has been on for a few weeks, but there have been similar problems before. MDThanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time.
