Login problems
Its quite irritating to see over the past week that every time you are forcing a verification code for login, especially when I have been using the same device regularly for about 18 months or more

Hi, we'd like to hear more about this issue. Could you please contact us at help.yahoo.com so we can look into it? We're also available on Twitter @YahooCare.

Look I have 2 step verification, I have had this email over 30 years. If I now have to change my login ever 3 months, that says more about your security. I am sick of trying to do things and then confronted with change your password. How about you secure your services. No I don't want to pay and doing this to promote your paid service makes it less likely I'll pay, because you can't be trusted. I have a very strong password, I have a 2 step verification via your app and phone number. If this happens again, I'm leaving and your app is gone.

After having no problems for 20 some years you guys decide to hound me for my cell number (i.e. set up 2-factor) for a couple of weeks and then lock me out of my account. You didn't have my number because I didn't WANT you to have my number and I didn't WANT 2-factor. To top it off your online help system was useless and you wanted to charge me for phone support to get account access back. Already switched all my important business contacts to another company. Buh bye Yahoo!

My account was created nearly 20 years ago in the US. Now that I am living outside the US, Yahoo won’t let me pay my subscription other than with a card with a US billing address. I no longer have one. My suggestion? Allow me set up a direct debit to Yahoo directly from my bank account. Or allow me to use a perfectly valid card. The card I previously used did not have a US billing address. This is a change in Yahoo policy and cuts me off as a loyal Yahoo customer.
