Cannot remove email alias. when clicked Remove there is "Disconnecting" text and nothing happens. Alias is not removed

stop moving emails to trash!!!!
Yahoo keeps sending emails to trash! Its not caused by filters or a 3rd party mail client because it works perfectly on gmail. I don't know what the **** you did, but Yahoo sucks. I have started to forward all my mail to gmail. Congrats on losing another member.

Disposable addresses are broken for .co.uk addresses
I see this was reported before but closed by product support as 'all new addresses are created as .com'.I wouldn't mind that but these don't work. I have a @yahoo.co.uk main address and a few disposable addresses in the format of *****************@yahoo.co.uk. I added a new address and it is forced to be ********************@yahoo.com. It's a pain, but OK. But no mail sent to this new disposable address is received. I tried from 2 different (non Yahoo) emails. No error is received, so senders don't know it fails. But the emails aren't delivered either. The disposable address feature…

"Contact Us" doesn't work
In trying to resolve an issue, I consulted the Help page. When I couldn't find an article that dealt with my issue, I clicked on the "Contact Us" button and it sent me to the "Choose Support Option" page. Of the 2 options available, only "See product-related help articles" worked and just sent me back to the Help Central page. I couldn't find a way to contact support directly to address my issue. Very frustrating!!

Allow people to reach out for help
A really good idea for Yahoo would be to have some sort of way for people to reach out for help when errors are occurring. Instead of just directing them to your FAQ and a forum that doesn't offer any support, you could make sure your users are able to contact you if their issues aren't on the FAQ. I googled your customer care number and of course got an "all circuits are busy" recording after trying a few times today.... I'm sure there are times when people are able to get through... My issue is not on your FAQ.…

cannot access spam folder from phone
My spam folder is grayed out on my phone and I cannot move messages into it. I have my iphone connected to a gmail account and two work exchange accounts, in addition to my yahoo account. Only for my yahoo account do i have this issue.
Also, all of yahoo's support infrastructure is useless. I used to be able to type into any web browser, mail.yahoo.com and I would be directed to a log in page for my email. Now, I have to click 5 things to get to a log in page. Why must it be harder for your customers to log into their accounts?

duplicate emails received from any business
For the last several weeks I get duplicates of nearly every email I get from businesses. It ranges from Mom & Pop businesses to Costco, Facebook, etc. and happens on my desktop and in ios app. It is very clearly a yahoo problem. If it's not fixed within a week I'm forwarding all my emails to my gmail and deleting this account. It's completely obnoxious, and I tried for hours to reach anyone at Yahoo with a complaint and every one of their links is broken from their own help section.
