Where is the appeal form to click on? I had an open case and they closed it saying I did not respond, however, I did respond. I received their last email at 5:35 and I responded at 6:15. The issue is that they didn't like that I asked to speak to one person to resolve the issue rather than a new person every time the shift changed. I was going over the same things from the beginning every time and getting no resolution. Where is the place that I can click to send an email to appeal them closing my case? Thanks.
