"Contact Us" doesn't work
In trying to resolve an issue, I consulted the Help page. When I couldn't find an article that dealt with my issue, I clicked on the "Contact Us" button and it sent me to the "Choose Support Option" page. Of the 2 options available, only "See product-related help articles" worked and just sent me back to the Help Central page. I couldn't find a way to contact support directly to address my issue. Very frustrating!!

Your best chance of getting heard is posting your issues on Yahoo's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Make sure you post your issue; in detail; on your page first. They cannot hide or delete your personal posts, then copy and paste to Yahoo's feeds. Do Not DM them since you'll only get a robo response. Make sure you tag, hashtag or link Your personal post to Yahoo so Everyone searching for issues on Google will be able to connect and comment thru you. The more negative responses they get the more pressure they will be under to fix the issues or lose vital advertising dollars.
