1st you just switch people without asking, probably because no one wants to new format, that is not cool
Make updates without changing everything. Make more choice of views if you have to change everything every couple years. If people say they want classic, don't just change them without asking.

See above. Fed up. I have even tried to protect your bank accounts though mine are not - ALSO TODAY. Over 24 hours have passed since my latest complaint - AFTER 5 YEARS ON INCESSANT HACKING THAT HAS CUASED ME TO SEE DOCTORS - not only psychiatrists. There is acute pain in my chest.

How about having some customer support instead of circular loops through browsing things? My 88 year old mother-in-law, who does not receive text messages, entered @yaqhoo.com incorrectly as her contact email. Now we can't talk her through retrieving pictures of her granddaughters or logging in or anything, and we have no way to fix that problem for her (since we can't log in) and all attempts to fix the problem send emails to yaqhoo.com instead of yahoo.com. This needs to be fixed by a Yahoo employee, but there is no way to reach one. So we're going to have to…

I've been a Yahoo guy for awhile (you can check). I understand your security sucks. You're spammers. People's personal and financial information flows out from you like a sieve. I get it.
HOWEVER, instead of fixing the issues with your security, you make me go through a five-step process on my bloody CELL PHONE every single solitary time I try to log in from the SAME machine on the SAME network at the SAME location with the SAME IP.

Awhile back you decided to change your entire email setup. Maybe a year or so ago? It seems like an very long time.
I have no idea why on earth you decided to do this. There was very little wrong with what you had, but you started to monkey with it. Almost everything that you redid, you broke, and made it worse. You made things less user friendly. You made things less reliable. You made clear things obscure. I find it AMAZING that anything conservative related, ie. Republican emails or any other conservative email gets sent into the spam folder.
Even when I tell Yahoo mail something is not spam, you keep sending all my conservative views emails to my spam folder. This is NOT an accident. Hopefully, soon, I will be completely transferred out of all Yahoo mail accounts.

Can't tell which folder in which an e-mail is saved when doing a search. The old system would indicate the folder on the right hand side.
Add the current folder alongside the e-mail as you did in the old system.
