Help User to Increase Storage Limit
Dear Yahoo Admin Officer,
I would like to know how to increase the STORAGE for our Yahoo Email. I have accepted the Yahoo Mail Plus upgrating plan, however, I cannot make payment due to the payment is only allowed for United Stated user, very unfortunately.
Please advise me how to solve this problem, instead of deleting my valuable emails in order to keep the storage low.
Your kind attention and further action will be highly appreciated.

How about when an email domain or sender is marked spam, future emails actually go to spam. You can’t even get that right. And what the heck is paying for support??? You don’t support users at all? We have to pay? What?Nonsense.

Unable to receive verification email.. yahoo failed to send me an email to verify my account
One of my account pritthasb@yahoo kept asking me to verify my identity.. it shows my back up email which will not deliver the code. Which means, I am not able to log into the above mentioned account. Pls give me a solution. Thanks. Your system failed.

My account was created in Nigeria but I am now a Canadian citizen, but because of the origin of my account I am unable to subcribe to any yahoo plan.

Customize Priority Inbox Tabs
You would be able to customize or add a tab to sort out a specific type of email.
To be more precise, you would be able to sort out emails from a specific business (company, school, etc.) or person.
This way, you can see them sooner rather than later, and you don't have to try to search for them.
It's kind of like creating a filtered tab that you can customize for sorting out specific emails.

More Payment options for subscription, for those in Africa.
If you have shorthen the storsge to 20gb, yahoo!, is an internation company, you could have atleast provide more options for those living outside the U.S or Canada to be able to pay. Yahoo!mail is used by big companies around the world, do you expect them to delete important and delicate mail, just to free some storage?

Hi. I have been using your email for years and until the past six months have been generally pleased with it. However, the amount of ****** spam you are letting through your filters has become unmanagable. This is NOT due to me signing up for anything, clickbait or anything other than your filters not doing their jobs. I get NONE of this with a gmail secondary account I use. I attempted to upgrade my basic yahoo mail to 200GB storage with no ads, for a monthly price of $5.00. I filled out the application, providing name, address, etc., also payment method via credit card. When I went to check out, I received a message that the transaction could not be completed at the time, that I should come back later. Please stop the awful scammy spam adverts from McAfee at the top ad on my inbox.
I do not have an account with McAfee so it's definitely not been paused due to a billing issue.

Pls constantly monitor Yahoo Mail systems & inquiries to ensure no error keep occured. We wish to purchase extra storage but can't do it.
Wish to purchase extra mail storage, but uon filled in all payment detail. We can't make payment successfully. Your Yahoo message indicated that - "Its not you, it's us. But we're working on our issues. Come back soon."
But after wait for more than 2-3 days, our payment still can't be make. Yet your Yahoo alert massage mentioned if we didn't add storage then we can't use our yahoo email.

Shame to see Yahoo on this money grab scheme.
Was exclusively using Yahoo mail but all of sudden asking me to pay for storage, without any notice that e-mails will not be received or sent.
Paid for $2.79/month BUT greed does not end here; After 4 days, it's doing the same AGAIN.Does that mean we need to keep paying Yahoo every few days to use yahoo mail?
Is it a professional way to ***** up the long term customers?
