Allow free email forwarding while Yahoo mail is completely not working on mobile devices
I am on my laptop before leaving for work so I tried setting my 20+ year old yahoo account to forward to my gmail until you fix your system, but that option is only for paying customers. When your system is at fault, the option should become open.

Search Bar & Menu Bar Too Big!!
It would be much nicer if the yahoo search bar and menu bar with "home, mail, news, finance, etc." were slimmer and more streamlined, or even put in a different location (along the side or bottom of the screen). It takes up too much space up top! I don't like having to look DOWN at my emails on my laptop. Thanks!

Put some way to see the inbox without requiring me to give you my credit info for a free trial of yahoo plus...I do NOT want your stupid yahoo plus, & I am not about to give you my credit info even if it is temporarily free. I dont' trust a **** thing abotu yahoo anymore & want to egt rid of it entirely but cna't. You SUCK!!!!!!!!

Please make option to enlarge email screen for easier reading without yahoo+
I'm sure there are plenty of older people that would like to be able to see their emails in a full screen, or larger on the page without having to purchase yahoo+. I understand ads keep it free. Move the ads next to the search bar at the top of the emails.since I'm sure they can be formatted horizontally instead of vertically.

Please fix my payment related issue
I got a pop up on my email account for activating trail period of yahoo mail plus. I activated it with Indian Paypal account. Now from couple of days, I'm getting a message saying my payment is not processed. Yahoo customer care said they can't help unless I have a US based payment method which I don't have and cannot have as I'm in India. I tried adding my American Express card and other Indian debit/credit cards in payment but its not accepting. I insisted customer care to open a Service Request for reference. Create different colored stars
I would like to create different colored stars so that I can keep things in my inbox but separate them at a glance. For instance I keep my bills starred in my inbox until they are paid, but I also run a business and star them as well for other reasons. If I could pick the color of my star it would be easier to differentiate my emails until they are filed in their respective folders. Thank you, Lesley

Poor Email Access
Poor email access. Inbox can be viewed. Emails can not be opened. I just get a circle on the page that goes around and around until I try again 5, 10, 15, minutes later.

Editing the Title line
Being able to add an edit note on the title line. Ex: If i order 15 items from Amazon . All the title lines say "Amazon " with no explanation to what the item is , Now I have open each line and click a link that takes me to amazon just to see what the item is and when it will arrive. Windwos 11 mail app on other language.
I have a problem with yahoo mail settings on Windwos 11 mail app in Japanese language pack. i installed Japanese langeuage version and mail app do not show US yahoo app on mail app. I went ot settings and add account and no yahoo icon shown. I added the detail manually and does not work. Please tell how to use yahoo mail on windows 11 mail app.

You need special pricing for residents in India. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Netflix all have India appropriate pricing.
$5 per month is too high for India. I am a US citizen based in India and I was forced to try mail plus. I can afford this price but millions cannot. I may downgrade. Gmail is free so it is hard to justify a fee. I will check with my friends in USA if they think paying $5 per month is worth it.

star colour change
i wish Yahoo had a feature on the stars as far as different colors. Like of how importance those messages are. Red for urgency, Blue i can hold off for a while, Yellow let me think about it for a few or something.
