Provide an option for support for free accounts when Yahoo! is at fault
When there are technical issues that are no fault of the user, when Yahoo! Mail does not function as stated in the free support pages and it's Yahoo!'s fault, the right and correct thing to do would to provide a free option for support. Why would anyone pay for a provider that's malfunctioning and offers no support whatsoever? You'll simply drive me to pay for an email that functions.
