Please fix my payment related issue
I got a pop up on my email account for activating trail period of yahoo mail plus. I activated it with Indian Paypal account. Now from couple of days, I'm getting a message saying my payment is not processed. Yahoo customer care said they can't help unless I have a US based payment method which I don't have and cannot have as I'm in India. I tried adding my American Express card and other Indian debit/credit cards in payment but its not accepting. I insisted customer care to open a Service Request for reference. They opened SR # 10590533. If Yahoo Plus subscription is not for India region, they how it got activated in first place even if the account is associated with Indian phone number. If Yahoo cannot give me an option to make payment, then Yahoo should wave off the 10$ credit.
