    I do not want to get an email listing my "Weekly Deals." I already get email from these people--why would I want another one cluttering up my inbox? It's just duplication,and it's very annoying.

    SPAM SPAM SPAM
    Earlier this year I began paying for the service to get rid of the ads and SPAM... it has worked well - until now. I have started getting much more spam now and some of it is related to ****** contacts.. I do not visit any of these sites so it is not like they would have gotten my email.. unless YAHOO has been hacked by these people...

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your feedback. Our Antispam team work daily to block spam from reaching our members’ inboxes. When Spam makes it into the Inbox, it’s usually because spammers found a way to be quicker than our system or to exploit a loophole.
    In this scenario, the best way to ensure these spammers are blocked from reaching your inbox again is to check the box next to spam mail (don’t open it) and hit the “Mark as spam” button. That tells our system that the sender is no good.

    Nobody likes spam, least of all us. But with a combination of technology and human intervention (conscientious members like you and our engineers) we can help keep everyone’s inboxes free of it.

  6. 3 separate times I have proven that I am not a robot - - now why don't you prove that you aren't

    three separate times within 3 minutes, you have asked me to prove that I an NOT a robot. Now it should be your turn. Why don't you prove that you aren't a stupid robot. I can only assume that you think that everyone rises at 7am and goes to bed at 10pm. I personally don't go to bed until approximately 3:30. NO I am not a robot.

  7. Email Forwarding

    I deleted a forward to another email address I have (Outlook.com). But the emails keep being forwarded to Outlook. I've deleted the forward, how do I get the forwarding to stop.

    To delete the auto-forwarding, make sure to go to mail.yahoo.com-Settings-More Settings-Mailboxes, select the account then remove the forward option.

  8. do not like account key log in

    I hate this account key log in. Takes me forever to get my phone and try to read the verification code. it is so little and the letters are smushed together. Just let me use a password like before.

  10. Yahoo should not keep me logged-in

    Yahoo keeps me logged into the site even though I've explicitly told it not to remember me. To not remember me, in my mind, means they won't keep me logged in and will prompt me again for my credentials when accessing any of their services via a NEW session. Yahoo has, to date, not amended this issue and it's become a real hassle for me because Yahoo thinks they're safe now. If I uncheck "Remember me", I expect Yahoo to store cookies but to also then require disabling this whole SSO and federation **** that utilizes tokens across sessions.

  11. improved email and start receiving emails, i'm not receiving any emails, please do correct it fast

    this is Dr. Arvind khot, a regular user of yahoo mail,
    as yahoo mail is my 1st and official email address,
    i have given this E-mail address in every medical department
    where i'm linked,

    As since few months , may be around 7-9 months, i'm not receiving any E-mails other than
    promos and subscription and adds,
    i enquired from my colleagues, as they were sending me my cheque details and other official document s like case paper of patients,
    discharge summaries etc,
    which i had never received, i checked in their e-mail account . its showing sent ,…

    It used to be that I could notify you about an email I thought you should check out. I think it was a subcategory of marking it as spam. E.g. Just got an email from mailer daemon saying they couldn't deliver a message. The problem is I never sent the msg AND I've never heard of the person it couldn't reach. I wanted to send this to you to see if my account has been hacked. I marked it as spam and it just disappeared. NOT what I had in mind happening. Fix it so we have easy access to…

    If you’re suddenly getting a lot of Spam email in your inbox, you can check out this post for more info:

    If emails from legitimate senders are going to Spam, make sure to marked them as Not Spam, as opposed to just moving them out of the Spam folder. If the sender is a company or a corporate address, It also be helpful for them to reach out to our Postmaster team (postmaster.yahoo.com)

    We recommend account key as a more secure form of verification but we recognize that it may not be convenient for everyone. Please note that you can disable account key and return to password sign in. Please see the steps to do so below:

    Manage Account Key from a web browser

    - Go to the Yahoo Account security page.
    - By “Yahoo Account Key,” click Manage.
    - Click the toggle to the right of any device you want to turn on or off.
    - Optionally, click Disable Account Key at the bottom of the screen to switch back to a password.

    Manage Account Key from a Yahoo mobile app

    - From your Account Key enabled app, tap the Menu icon Image of the side menu icon.
    - Tap the Account Key icon Image of the Account Key icon..
    - Tap Manage Account Key.
    - Tap the toggle to the right…

  16. Mail Restore request form does not work.

    With no live customer service available or even an e-mail address to reach out to, I erroneously tried one of the fake phone numbers listed online to try and solve the problem. :( I am trying to fill out a Mail Restore Request form and the YID doesn't match what I have signed in with... it says. My husband accidentally deleted messages from his phone (and also the server due to his phone settings).

  17. Some of my emails are not coming through, especially those from Asia. What is the problem???

    I have friends and a few subscription services mostly in China and Australia and the emails are not coming through to me. I have checked every folder, including spam, and nothing from them. Any idea what might be the problem?

    If you’re not getting emails from a specific sender, it may be because they are sending to the wrong address or they are getting an error message when sending to you. If this is the case, you will need to have them reach out to our Postmaster department to try and get it fixed. You can also double-check your Mail settings and Spam folder to make sure everything looks good there.

    Seems like a lot of us have accounts that aren't syncing, but no answers! I hope you are working on this. but tell me how to cancel my 2nd account so I don't have to look at it forlornly every day! ******@yahoo.com
