  1. STOP DAILY MULTIPLE SIGN IN WARNING EMAILS

    I wasn't sure what to put this under.

    I am so tired of receiving notices multiple times per day that sign in attempts have been prevented. I have two accounts and I receive several notices on each account each day from the same IP address. I looked up the IP address today and they appear to be coming directly from BRIGHTHOUSE!!

    I have changed my password, I am on the official Yahoo mail sites and I am VERY tired of receiving all of these warning emails everyday! I cannot seem to satisfy you no matter what I do! Please stop!!…

    Dear Yahoo!,

    When I log in Yahoo, it requires an Account Key sms to my phone number.
    This kind of log in method is very very very troublesome!!!
    Why can't I just use password to log in as before?
    I'm not familiar with the technology.
    I can't use my email until my daughter study on it then just find the way to log in.

    Please take note to this issue.

  3. too much junk mail

    I get so much junk mail in my inbox that I may switch to another email. I've been a loyal customer for close to 20 years. I'd say I delete 10-20 a day.

  4. Hey, is there any chance to make this Yahoo work for human???

    This is getting crazy seriously; I cannot change any settings on my yahoo page and is like I have to read all the **** that you want to publish. This is really bad from Yahoo! I was expecting for improvements and this way you drive people in your way. No wonder why you are behind.

    AS I SAID I HAVE TO USE YAHOO HERE AND 10 MONTHS I HAVEBIG PROBLEM WITH MY MAIL MY ACCOUNTA CONTACTS BANK ACCOUNTS EVERYTHING I HAVE BE HACKED SPY MONITORING HEREAND 10 MONTHS EVEN AND NOW FROM ZEERAT COMPANY MICHAEL REPETNLY AND A WHOLE TEAM ABOUT 35 PEOPLE ALL DEVELOPERS SO MY MAIL ALL THIS TIME USE IT FROM OTHERS AND YOU CAN SEE THAT THEY HAVE SET IT WITH FACEBOOK T STOLEN EVERYTHING FROM ME AND THATS THEY DONE ALL THIS MONTHS SO PLEASE CHECH IT OUT BECAUSE WETALK FOR A LOT PEOPLE

  12. Where is the link to see the status of my ad-free that I've been paying for for years but isn't working

    It is AMAZING to me that I'm being pushed and pushed and PUSHED to sign up for ad-free yahoo.... um, I've been paying, for years, it comes out of one of my credit cards, annually. How can I check on the status of THAT? I need to get that rectified!

    So, where is the link to check for my paid status?

    Put the date and the time on the email. I hate having to try and figure out if the mail has updated to the correct day to know if it really was yesterday or 2 days ago

  15. How about a "Contact Yahoo for help" button? What a novel concept!!

    How about an actual way to contact Yahoo for help? You have made it impossible for anyone to contact you. I'm seriously considering changing to Hotmail. At least they can be contacted.

  17. Old Emails Are Re-Sending

    Yesterday, two old emails (one a year old, the other ??) re-sent themselves. This is very weird. Both had gone through originally, it's not as if they were sitting in the out box waiting to go. I have been having trouble with this account being compromised, so I changed my password yesterday, but these emails sent a few minutes after I did that. Any ideas on what's going on?

    I am getting unnecessary email which is really mess. just send me relevant email other wise I will close this account for ever. I am not able to email I suppose to read due heavy volum and miss important want. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks Erick
