Hey, is there any chance to make this Yahoo work for human???
This is getting crazy seriously; I cannot change any settings on my yahoo page and is like I have to read all the **** that you want to publish. This is really bad from Yahoo! I was expecting for improvements and this way you drive people in your way. No wonder why you are behind.

My Spam folder, has a mail From: Yahoo office <Messages.Yahoo@tri.powerplatforms.net>. Please confirm that it is genuine & from Yahoo.
Any mail from Yahoo should not go to my Spam folder.

Where is the link to see the status of my ad-free that I've been paying for for years but isn't working
It is AMAZING to me that I'm being pushed and pushed and PUSHED to sign up for ad-free yahoo.... um, I've been paying, for years, it comes out of one of my credit cards, annually. How can I check on the status of THAT? I need to get that rectified!

putting the date on the email
Put the date and the time on the email. I hate having to try and figure out if the mail has updated to the correct day to know if it really was yesterday or 2 days ago
The date/time of a message is listed to the right of it in the subject line, or when you open the message itself.

How about an actual way to contact Yahoo for help? You have made it impossible for anyone to contact you. I'm seriously considering changing to Hotmail. At least they can be contacted.

Old Emails Are Re-Sending
Yesterday, two old emails (one a year old, the other ??) re-sent themselves. This is very weird. Both had gone through originally, it's not as if they were sitting in the out box waiting to go. I have been having trouble with this account being compromised, so I changed my password yesterday, but these emails sent a few minutes after I did that. Any ideas on what's going on?

You can try using filters to sort incoming email better, such as filtering unwanted emails to the Trash.

Otherwise, you can try to unsubscribe from those sender’s lists so they don’t come in at all.

Please stop reporting that the settings are out of date. It is CONSTANT! Or, make it easy to fix it. It is SO annoying!
Stop telling me my settings are out of date. Or, fix them. It is SUCH a pain!
You’re most likely seeing this from the Windows Mail app. Try removing and re-adding the account to app or contact Microsoft for more support.

HELP! I've lost all messages in my Inbox from April 19 to Jun 24. Is there any way I can retrieve these -apart from going to each of my Folders to check??

Search doesn't show what folder the results are from
When I click 'Search', it returns results from all places/folders, eg: Inbox, Sent Items, etc & any custom folders I have created & moved emails to, however it does NOT show which folder the searched item is found in.
When I'm trying to filter items & move them to a new folder, I can't see which ones I have moved & which ones I haven't.
There is no option to only search in one particular place/folder (eg: Inbox only).
If you look to the right of the search result, there should be either the name of the folder it’s in or the name of the mailbox it’s in. If the latter, you can hover over the name of the mailbox it’s in and the folder location will appear.
You can search specific folders by clicking on the arrow in the Search bar and editing the “Search in” field.
