I wasn't getting emails from my library or a few other sites where I regularly get notifications. I thought something was messed up on their end, as the Spam folder wasn't bolded nor was there a number showing how many spam entries were there. I couldn't figure it out, and finally took a look in the folder. Bingo! A bunch of valid emails were there.
First, it's idiotic that you started marking them as spam, since I've been getting them for years. Then there's the headline. Your Spam folder is not showing any indication that anything is there.

Stop autoplay on videos. I am quiet capable of choosing whether to play a video or not I don't want anybody wasting my data which I pay for.

There needs to be a place to report phishing button and a confidence rating for email.
There needs to be a report phishing email button along with the spam button. This would allow an internal threat intelligence feed from the users to be able to help other users. The confidence rating could be for receiving messages from "Paypal customer support@earthlink.com" that would alert people that it really isn't from Paypal. There are those users out there that will believe anything from "Paypal, Amazon, 'YOUR BANK'" and that only propagates the issues and criminal behavior.

NO ADVERTISING THAT CANNOT BE DELETED.
Excessive quantity of advertisements interrupts my time to do my PAID tasks. I did not subscribe and get angry with Yahoo and keep returning to an alternative email company that does not interrupt my work with excess advertising that was never subscribed to.

BRING BACK FORWARDING MY EMAILS PLEASE
Why did you take away the forwarding of the emails? this was one of the features that had me use Yahoo over Gmail. Why are you charging for the feature? If you plan to charge for a feature NEVER offer it to your customers and then take it away unless they start paying. Its bait and switch and that is a bit illegal. Just food for thought.

Flag an email as a follow-up item
For $3.99/ month you should provide a more full-featured email tool. To start with, please add a feature to allow an email In or Sent to be flagged for follow-up on a specific day. I can do that easily with Slack with the "Remind me of this" function.
If you need a more complete feature of desired functionality, just look at what Slack offers. You'll never be able to compete with them, but you can do some of the things they do.

on older versions of the iPhone operating systems I was able to delete all of the incoming emails for only one day. Sure wish that would be an option once again. I've tried unsubscribing to many but don't seem to be taken off lists

Looking to see if there could be a way to download a group of selected emails.
You can print to PDF each individual email but if you have a group of, say 30 emails that you want to print to PDF, you would have to go to each one and do so. -
Problem with Chat Agents
I chatted with 4 Chat Agents with no results. They suggested unrelated solutions, disconnected or said they had network or system problems and for me to try in a few hours. I have the CHAT Session to upload for a Supervisor to review.

I struggle with hundreds of unread messages. Can you help?
I would like to be able to sort the unread messages by sender, and mark all messages from a sender as read.
I currently use filters to move messages to folders according to sender, but still hundreds remain in my inbox. Could you help me identify senders that are in similar categories, such as newspapers, news sites, TV, cable news, etc. as being news related? Then I could move all that information into a folder. I know you have improved this area, with searches for documents and photos, receipts, travel, etc. This is helpful. Thanks!
