Web Form Submission Error
I have a website that uses a web form to get orders from customers. Customers will complete and submit the form to us. For the past years we were receiving their orders like that with no problems. Now recently any customer whose email address is @yahoo, aol, hotmail so far, will submit their orders but we do not receive these orders at all. Only when learn about it they are following up their orders or contacting us ranting for being let down. So when this happened consecutively from different people we were concerned. Verification Code Loop
Have two yahoo email accounts, they both have each other as recovery emails. Today I tried to login to one of the accounts and got a message from yahoo that it sent a verification code to my recovery email to verify it is me. I went to me recovery email and got the same message from yahoo that it sent the verification code to my recovery email to verify it is me. So now I can't access either one of my accounts because yahoo is waiting for verification codes.

Why can you not just work properly
What the **** is going on!!!! you force users to the"New Yahoo AP" and now I have to re-log into the account every time I sign in and the log in page only works 1 in 10 attempts..... might be time for a new business e-mail account. Suggestions are welcome

Incorrect inbox email count all the time!
When I sign in I continually have a very high unread email count showing up. When I actually look, I have only one or two email in my inbox, none in my trash and none in my spam. Why is this so difficult to fix for for you?

why have you added my single alias 2 times? I DID NOT DO THIS. I cannot delete, or I will lose previous emails. Please sort this

YAHOO HAS CREATED MY SAME ALIAS A SECOND TIME. YES, i HAVE TWO IDENTICAL ALIASES. i ONLY CREATED ONE OF THEM. yahoo error must have ctreated the other one.
I would be happy to delete the extra alias, but as when you delete an alias all of the associated emails history gets deleted, I do not know which one to delete.

Dear Sir, the Yahoo Small Business email is driving up the wall and I am unable to contact anyone at all either through the phone given or any email. Btw my email is *****@moguls2.com and I am unable to receive any email for the last 5 days and this is affecting my business. badly. Would appreciate if someone can email me or call me on my record and tell me how I can resolve this asap. It is so stupid of Yahoo to need a password to go to their help page when I am having problems with my password.

Just like everyone else, this new email thing is a PROBLEM. I am trying to work, using my business email and I'm leaving the country on Friday for a month. I need my email to function! At the moment, I get the following error message:

yahoo turned off ALL my emails today
Here is an idea for Yahoo:
Do not turn off my email from receiving daily emails like you did today.
Otherwise, I have to STOP yahoo mail and got to Gmail.
