Web Form Submission Error
I have a website that uses a web form to get orders from customers. Customers will complete and submit the form to us. For the past years we were receiving their orders like that with no problems. Now recently any customer whose email address is @yahoo, aol, hotmail so far, will submit their orders but we do not receive these orders at all. Only when learn about it they are following up their orders or contacting us ranting for being let down. So when this happened consecutively from different people we were concerned. We contacted our web server provider who also looked into the case. They tried their personal yahoo addresses to submit the forms and we did not receive them. Today our web server provider has asked us to check with YAHOO. Below is their instruction
We thank you for patiently waiting. We have now an update from our Technical Team, it seems to be an issue on the sender's end. The email content violated the DMARC policy of yahoo.com. You need to check it with yahoo on how to fix this. This way they can send emails to your domain email address.
Please help me on how to contact YAHOO. If YAHOO sees this message please enlighten us as to what we need to do
