Tiring! Boring! What happened with Yahoo???
The security system is unbearable. Every moment requiring control by the cellphone, and again codes by cell and number of cell again !! ... A password is more than enough for security and does not disturb us with such a bump of codes! Tiring! Boring! Yahoo needs to take classes with Google! Keeps saying I have unread messages. I check 3 devices to find the "unread" email I deleted on device 1.
Chronic problem of email saying I have unread messages, when they're actually messages I deleted. I have to check 1 to 2 other devices to delete these messages a 2nd time.
You may need to remove and re-add the account from any non-Yahoo Mail apps that access the account to fix the syncing issues causing this problem. If it persists afterwards, reach out to us through our Help pages or Forums:

I have paid for add-free mail. This marketing message should not occur.
A marketing message appears pointing to my order confirmation e-mail from Amazon. I pay extra for add-free and do not want to see **** like this. The message says "You may have overpaid on you Amazon.com purchase. Use your receipts to get money back".
I am switching back to Classic Mail.Mail Pro (formerly Ad-Free Mail) removes graphical ads in your Yahoo Mailbox. However, what you mention is a notification of a new feature in Mail.

photos
Yesterday I opened photos I had hundreds of photos and today when I signed in there's only 3 and I haven't touched anything. I need those photos back for evidence sake, fix this asap!!!

Sent email shown as draft
After your email is sent and there is a message popping up to tell you your message has been sent, the particular email in the email list is still showing as 'draft' (not in the draft box but in the email list) in red for a while. It makes you confused whether the email was actually sent.
Btw, it'd be great if you could provide an option to attach a screenshot. :)

Images NOT Displaying
Recently, I can't view any embedded images in my email - the button to "Show Images" is also missing so I am getting blank pages. I have already checked my Security Settings which have always been set to display images automatically. I have even tried to switch it off and switch it back on again but nothing works. Please get this fixed because it's really inconvenient and annoying. Thank you.

I'm testing a new website link and the link takes me to a 'can't sign you now come back later' but I am already signed in, this popup is sending round in infuriating cycles !!! I have work to do here! it's no even asking for an account key or verify from a mobile.

A mail marked draft in Sent folder
Could anyone explain me, how... HOW??? can a message in "Sent" folder be marked with "draft" icon?? I am opening it in the "Sent" folder and see the SEND button and wondering whether the letter is sent or should be clicked once again. Can send a printscreen))

unable to send/receive emails
Hi,
I am unable to send or receive any emails from my account. The sent folder shows the mail as sent but it doesn't reach the recipient. Mails sent by others also don't show up in the inbox.
Please fix this!
Regards.When emails aren’t received, there’s a few things to check:
- Make sure the sender isn’t getting an error
- Check your settings to see if senders may be getting blocked or filtered
- Check your Spam folder and mark legitimate emails as Not Spam if neededKeep in mind that sometimes when emails go missing it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Check out this post for more info and how to restore missing emails.

No link to switch back to classic mail in settings.
No link in settings to switch back to classic mail. I followed your so called link nothing!!

emails closing for no reason
Works for the most part, however i have had a recurring issue with my e-mails simply closing up for no reason and without warning. i have to re-click the e-mail i was viewing and this happens nearly every time i use the "new" e-mail.

Unable to send a HELP request to Yahoo
I had my emails deleted but am unable to send a HELP request to the Yahoo tech support team to remedy the problem. While filling the request form, it will not accept my email as a valid email - hence, the request to YAHOO cannot be processed. The ROGERS support team acknowledges the problem and that others have also had this same problem, but they are unable to assist & that someone from YAHOO needs to address the problem.
