whitelisting does not work
I subscribe to emails from journalistic outfits (valid entities, not fakes) which always end up in the spam folder despite being legitimate and confirmed. The emails also carry the required info re source and unsubscribe options.
This should not be happening, especially not after I repeatedly marked them as "Not spam".
Organizations should be given a contact at Yahoo where they can quickly ensure that their legitimate mailing reach their subscribers' inboxes.

If you’ve already marked the emails as Not Spam, but they still go into the Spam folder, please reach out to us via our Help pages or Forums:
