Do less changes!!
Don't understand all the changes and for this old man it is a pain! You won't let me send an e-mail from my old computer witch is windows XP to my Yahoo e-mail and that is what I have to use on line anymore because of Microsoft & Google pigs taking Win XP down! It's my computer to use and they act like they own it. Don't like all the new changes!!!!

the first email can't be displayed
Despite many of the similar ideas have been closed, I still can't see the first email in my inbox. I have to open the second email and go back to the first email in order to read the first email. Please fix it asap!

Just not getting any better
I am so fed up reading an email only to have Yahoo decide to mark it as read and take me to the next one. Anyone who sorts emails with unread on top must be going through the same torture. So I ask again if Yahoo bothered to test this **** before rolling it out and why they don't give us the option of going back to something that works.

question marks
All my 'sent' mail in Yahoo has question marks in the spaces at the end of sentences. None of my other email accounts have this problem. It is a common problem across many computer types and email clients. I use Thunderbird. I have searched the internet and Yahoo for a fix. Yahoo needs to provide clear solutions to this problem

Emails marked as NOT SPAM keep on going to spam folder!
I keep marking emails from a certain address as NOT SPAM and yet they keep on going back to the SPAM folder every time I reopen the browser.
I've clicked NOT SPAM a million times now and it's had no effect whatsoever. Can you fix this? -

The "search" feature returns "nothing to see here" although on the right side it shows clearly that you have exchanged emails
Fix the "search" function for finding emails from a certain contact. It returns "nothing to see here" although it shows on the right side of the screen that we clearly have exchanged multiple emails. And I'm not referring to deleted emails. It won't even find emails that are currently sitting in my inbox!

Poorest possible form of communication
Better hire some qualified professionals & learn from gmail or else you r in a wrong business. Very Very Poor services, highly unprofessional.
Errors are very common here, whereas gmail has no errors.
Sending large emails are impossible here, just wondering what this team is doing in offices??

Failed to clear folder
There are a few very full folders of useless spam where every time I try to empty the folder I get a message 'Failed to clear folder [folder name]' or if I try to select a stack with the tick at the top of the folder and delete them it returns unable to delete the 100 folders.
I have individually deleted the 100 and found that its not a buggy email in the list.
I cannot manually delete them as a couple of them have 4000+ emails in.It would be very helpful if there was a working way of…

Hire creative hacks
Yahoo is an error. Once Yahoo was cutting edge. It is now primitive. Hire creative hacks. I detest YOUR choices for a new format. Bugs Bunny cartoons were more artistic. Ease of use? Bah! If it were easy, a simple click on an icon would add the sender of the email I am reading to my contacts. How creative that would be! I ache at watching a venue I have loved for a long time turn into sewage.

After doing a search, hovering over "Yahoo Mail" on the right used to let you know the folder. Now it just displays "Yahoo/undefined" Can y
Make the hover over work. After a search it used to tell me which folder the mail is in, when I hovered over the Yahoo at the end of the subject.. Now it just says "Yahoo/undefined". Please fix this.

Colored font in received emails
Sudddenly color fonts in received emails became invisible. I cannot find the way to get this back and I cannot even ask Yahoo my question because there are only a few prepared templates with problems. No one answers on Yahoo Answers and I am losing hours with the problem that could be solved in minutes..
