How can we improve New Mail?

The "search" feature returns "nothing to see here" although on the right side it shows clearly that you have exchanged emails

Fix the "search" function for finding emails from a certain contact. It returns "nothing to see here" although it shows on the right side of the screen that we clearly have exchanged multiple emails. And I'm not referring to deleted emails. It won't even find emails that are currently sitting in my inbox!

    No matter what I search, the result is the same: "An error occurred while trying to fetch the items in this list.". The Retry link below does absolutely nothing.

    same problem I can't find deleted emails and it says there are emails that have been sent and received in the right info box. Is this a place only to complain? Where is the solution place?

    I also can't find emails both current and old. This is a very big problem for me as I am a Realtor and need these email chains and attachments. I may have to end my relationship with Yahoo!

    I do not have any feedbck to give. I like the current system. Pl. don't ask for my feed back AGAIN AND AGAIN .Pl. don't lock my e-mail sending.

    I CANNOT SEE SEND BUTTON NOR READ FULL E-MAIL MESSAGE TO BE SENT.This is kind of harassment .

    Sometimes, when that message comes up I can sort by Oldest On Top and get them to come through so I can dump them, but sometimes not. I cleared my cache thinking that was a problem, but it didn't change the outcome. Mostly happens with emails that I have redirected with OIB, but not always.

    Thank you! Yes. This sucks. I have 1500+ unread emails in my Inbox and I can't sort them to delete them. This has been going on for a week or two.
