Emails marked as NOT SPAM keep on going to spam folder!
I keep marking emails from a certain address as NOT SPAM and yet they keep on going back to the SPAM folder every time I reopen the browser.
I've clicked NOT SPAM a million times now and it's had no effect whatsoever. Can you fix this?
