yahoo mail does not receive reset or verification emails
Yahoo mail does not receive reset of verification code. In the case of some websites, such as Facebook, I have two emails, but only the yahoo email fails to receive reset or verification codes, while the second non-yahoo email receives those emails without issue.

Dear friends at YAHOO
I am unable to log in my Yahoo email since Jan 3/25 & i am unable to get verification code from my supposed verification AOL account which is also asking me to verify by logging into this Yahoo email
As a result, I am totally stuck as I simply cannot do any verification unless I can at least log into either of these Yahoo or AOL account as they have each other as the only verification email

The new Yahoo Mail has issues with scrolling. When I open an email and try to scroll down the page, it jumps to another email.
I can't read my emails with the new email. When opening the email and trying to scroll through the page to read the email, it jumps to a different email. I have had to switch back to the OLD EMAIL to read my emails.

This is not an idea but a complaint. I have received a message sent to another Yahoo email account in my inbox. I tried to report this to Yahoo but was always referred to Customer Support that I would have to pay for. I am not clear why I should have to pay to report a serious issue like this that is apparently caused by Yahoo, not me.

Fix the errors with it.
I can't send any replies to mail I recieve. There is no option available for it. I can't add attachments to emails. There is no option for it. When saved to draft I am still unable to send the email from there either. Yahoo mail has been garbage ever since Yahoo decided to upgrade it. If I can't send replies to my mail this is a useless account for me as it renders business impossible to do.

I just switched back to the old yahoo mail because the new mail does not allow me to change the subject line when replying to an old email. why would you not allow this?

Yahoo has blocked Goto Webinar confirmation email
I have had this issue for quite some time. After I register for a GoTo Webinar, I don't receive a webinar confirmation email in my @yahoo.com inbox. This prevents me from joining a webinar. When I use another email address, I receive a confirmation. Yahoo seems to have blocked this webinar confirmation from the Goto Webinar for some reason.

Getting rid of the Errors
I think it's time I should be able to edit where I live, and also to get my emails to come to the Inbox instead of Trash or Spam. I'm perfectly capable of deciding what goes where and am getting tired of having to check 3 separate boxes for emails from friends & businesses.

Problem with e-mail
I created an account a few days ago with the name “sophiedubois162@yahoo.com” I tried to log in to it yesterday and I get an error “We do not recognize this account” and until a few days ago everything was working, when I send an email to this email address from another email address it pops up that the email cannot be delivered because email inactive, when I try to register with the name sophiedubois162 it does not work because it says the account already exists, please help and solve the problem quickly and activate my account, thanks

Don't delete my emails
Used the new delete all emails from sender option & Yahoo promptly automatically deleted ALL my emails including those in Folders which is unbelievable (over 4000 deleted). Have tried 2 restore requests to no avail & impossible to contact a Specialist. Yahoo needs to do much better.
