I do not want to change my original Yahoo account. I haven't received any email since the 8th March, which is usually. I hiave received through Google updates for my account which I don't want to do.

Advanced search
Advanced search is missing in yahoo app and on Yahoo website in a browser on Android. The drop down menu is missing. While in a folder and searching it automatically searches all the emails. I only want to look in a specific folder .

Duplicate emails
I recieve emails, whenever they finally get to my email. They rarely show up on time even with sync and checking
Once I recieve. They dont STOP. Multiple upon multiple of the same email all day long and when I delete it. It makes even more copies 😭

How do I report a problem? It is not sync with blue mail in android
A better trouble shooting system. I get and error trying to sync with bluemail and email says all is ok.

Can't sign in
I haven't been able to sign in through my Android Yahoo mail app since December 26th!!! And I'm supposed to pay a premium price to be able to have contact support on your app that is beyond absurd!!???!!! I have tried everything that you suggest & it all STARTED because I uninstalled then installed the app to fix the fact that I couldn't go into any folders unless I cleared my cache every single time. You are listed on Down Detector as having problems every single day that I've checked. When do you have some idea that you might fix…

Uh Oh rage
Why do you keep asking a question I made 8-10 years ago and cannot remember the answer to, now when i NEED that e-mail the most, I cannot access it despite entering the CORRECT E-MAIL AND PASSWORD?!!!! This is not protecting me, this is enraging me with incompetent ways to deal with safety. Contact a yahoo specialist and get stuck in a loop. Like I said, not protecting, only enraging. Why does yahoo suck now after more than 20 years? :(

What did you do to your mobile site today? Where did these columns come from? How do I get my display back to full screen?
Today your mobile site shows my inbox as a column on the left side of the screen. When I open an email, it shows in a column on the right side of the screen, and the inbox stays in the left column. My screen isn’t big enough for that! How do I get rid of the columns back to the full screen view? I tried switching to “basic” mail, but it still wasn’t the same thing. If I wanted my mail to view in columns, I would use an app! I haven’t found an app which has a full screen…

Spoofing email account
Hi,
My phone was stolen last week. I had the Yahoo app installed which gave the thief a direct access to my account. He quickly changed the password and email backup address so I couldn't login anymore.
I looked at the help pages and contacted @yahooCare on Twitter. They redirected me towards the pro subscription system in order to get in touch with the live support. Live support that I can't contact as I'm living in France.
I created this new account to be able to post here.
Please help me, I've using this account for years and the thief…As much as I would like to help you directly, for security concerns, we do not handle account-related information through this forum.
