This email sucks! Hard to use, too many ads, and does not allow much flexibility. I have not received any mail I sent myself today!
If I am over my storage limit, then frigging tell me! I didn't ask to switch, I was mandated by my provider Cox, and was not given adequate time to convert. I will be leaving this POS system as soon as I can!

Improve filters for spam and phishing email
Yahoo needs to offer filters, like GMAIL offers, that allow users to filter out unauthorized spam and phishing emails more effectively. My yahoo box is being overwhelmed with spam that seems unstoppable

Retaining policy
Yahoo should have a setting like all other systems that allow auto-deletion of mail over a certain period of time. This should be able to be set by folder. The reason I have 400,000+ emails in the first place, is because your system wouldn’t allow me to ever mass delete emails- another poor design you should fix.
