Second verification
So I can access my account from my phone phone using a third party app but not from the web or yahoo app, because for some reason second verification was activated and I did not activated it, and now I can't access my account from the web( I have no access to the recovery email) just making sure this is clear I'm not asking for assistance with this account writing the message. I am trying to get assistance and I am more than happy to pay, but I don't live in the US. So I was thinking why can't I have second verification code sent to the email I'm trying to recover just like Gmail does. Should I move my business elsewhere after 15 years of using yahoo?

Thank you for your reply. And it is priceless (or basically the same thing you write to everyone)! I already tried talking with @YahooCare and they said that they can't help me, so I've sent them the screenshot of you asking me to contact them, and they said, again, that they can't help me. Even though I do have access to my account through my phone, they said I can't access my account. A real mystery! Or someone isn't really reading all the text I have been writing over at @YahooCare.
Feels more like I'm dealing with government institution bureaucracy, and not a large hi-tech company.
