fix new email if we have to use it.
1) make the colors eye friendly-light colors for reading emails, maybe some decent choices
2) MOVE THE TRASH CAN BACK TO THE LEFT
3) If we have to look at ads, TAKE THEM OUT OF THE EMAIL LIST!!!! but them in the borders.
4) put back the email filter when searching so we can look at one folder at a time. SUPER tedious to impossible to clean up as it is.
Otherwise lots of people are leaving.273rd ranked -

No I won't disable my ad blocker.
And you're jerks for asking. It was probably those ads that caused you to have those data breaches. Hackers use those obnoxious ads to attack websites. If you're going to be a jerk and change my email without my consent, I will NEVER disable my ad blocker. Not when it protects me, and upsets you imbeciles.

Why can't I delete any contacts in my address book??
All the help centers say to select a contact then hit delete. I can't "select" a contact and there is no "delete"? How can I delete one, or many of them? Many of the addresses in my address book/contact list are from an old job. Thanks

The message body disappears
The message body disappears in the new format when replying to messages while using the list format. Please stop rolling out changes without fully testing them. As much as I don't like Gmail, I may have to learn to like it. The "New" email format is not fully functional.

New Yahoo: Less functionality, harder to read & navigate, another example of amateura design winning over tested usability.
- User testing new 'design' would be a good place to start.. It's clear from the comments Yahoo's truncated limited functionality & clumsy themes are unpopular
- Designer training. Both in aesthetics & usability. The themes are ponderous, gloomily dark and top heavy. The throttled colour choices offer too little contrast , making parts of the text hard to read
- Train staff on 21st century skill sets. Other users have said it well: Let us choose theme colours, emojis, personal pictures.
- The part that should be obvious--ask us what we need & want. It's called consumer research--focus groups, testing & reading feedback…

How am I supposed to read an email when your new format only gives me about 15 seconds then goes to the next one?
I cannot find a setting with this stupid new format that allows me to actually leave an email up long enough for me to finish reading it. This new format is disgusting.

How many clicks to find what you want?
Ok, fine, I admit, I hate the new layout.
But, here is a what I think is a common sense situation....
I am a long time user, I have already made all of my settings the way I want them. So, then, what do I need in my settings?
Well, for starters, I don't know why I need a "quick box" that offers me selected items, and I certainly don't why you selected those particular items, nor do I know what I don't get to choose my own "quick box" items.
But....
I want to add a new disposable email.…273rd ranked -

I hate the new email. I hate that you change it whether I want it changed or not.
