Hi there,
Your Yahoo Mail Pro subscription should remove all ads from the right side of your mailbox, empty folders and from within the message list. If you are still seeing ads in any of those areas please contact Customer Care for further investigation.

I can get my email on my iPhone but not on my mac no matter how many times I try
It would be just dreamy if I could access my email from my mac as well as my iPhone. I have spent a lot of time trying to accomplish this to no avail. It is a major hassle to switch to my gmail account but it may be time to try. Yahoo is still not untucked.

Stop lying. Buried in ads paid for none. Renewed for yr, billed at monthly rate.Chose yr today & told rejected. Why
If you actually furnished service w/o ads the increase might be acceptable.Constant full page car ads pop up as well as clothing stores. Do not patronize any so should not have my address unless you give it out.I renewed at yearly rate, was accepted and then rejected. Same thing this morning...request for yearly billing rejected.
Hi there,
We are very sorry if you are seeing ads in your Mail Pro account. Mail Pro should remove the ads on the top of your message list as well as to the right of your reading pane. Can you confirm if this is where you are seeing these ads?
If you are seeing ads in these areas, this can be caused by a browser caching issue. Please try accessing your mail on another browser or try clearing cache via this methods described here:

The money comes off my card every monthHi there,
Sorry you’re seeing those problems with ads in your Mail. Just to clarify, please note that there are two versions of Yahoo Mail Pro:

- Yahoo Mail Pro for Mobile (in-app purchase tied to a Google Play or Apple ID) – Removes ads for all accounts in the mobile app, but does not remove ads from the web interface for any account. So, if you have purchased Yahoo Mail Pro for Mobile you will not see ads in the App, but you will on your computer. To remove ads from Yahoo Mail on your computer, you may need to cancel your Yahoo Mail Pro for Mobile subscription (via the app) and purchase a subscription to Mail Pro your…

Eliminate ALL ads including those from websites that have emailed me and I haven't yet sent to trash.
ELIMINATE ALL ADS. Just because I haven't trashed an email from an unsolicited sender doesn't mean I want to see their ad when I access a valid email. I've paid enough for this email account not to see ANY ads.
