    The new format is NOT user friendly, nor easy on the eyes.

  3. Is there a way to set it so you don't see the stupid circle initial or pictures or icons?

    Is there a way to set it so you don't see the stupid circle initial or pictures or icons next to every email address? Even Gmail has a way to do this. If Yahoo want's to copy Gmail, then at least give the same options! I hate everything about new mail format.

    Too cluttered, too much **** on the side bar. Liked the old way better. I just want simple e-mail!!!! I guess I will have to use G-Mail more.

  13. INBOX IS TRUNCATED ON RIGHT SIDE & I MUST CONTINUOUSLY EXPAND MESSAGES SO I CAN EASILY READ ENTIRE MESSAGE WITHOUT SLIDING BACK & FORTH.

    ENSURE THAT VIEW OF MESSAGES COVERS ENTIRE SCREEN & IS NOT TRUNCATED ON RIGHT MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO READ ENTIRE MESSAGE WITH OUT "SLIDING" BACK & FORTH. VERY ANNOYING. ALF IN MIAMI

  16. Can We have the old mail back. This is so sluggish and fails many attempts to do things

    Every time I compose, send, etc. This new mail is terribly slow. The old mail was never like that. I hate this. How do you spell gmail ?

  17. Please let us remain on the previous version. You have a once again taken a feature I use, and gotten rid of it. Bring back SmartViews.

    Smart Views is gone. Bring it back. Why do I have this on my phone, but not on the PC/web version?

    Why changing the old format that was easy to navigate to this awful one? I knew this **** was coming because you changed it to the current one for ATT accts a couple of months ago. I bet you will find NO ONE who likes it.

  19. NEW EMAIL IS TERRIBLE!!! Its hard to navigate my contact list.

    No idea how to compose an email for contacts within a list. Who is responsible for this. Return back to old version before you start losing people to Google!!!!!!
