  6. You told me I had to switch to Firefox or chrome. Trying Firefox how do I get all my contacts, bookmarks, etc from my Safari Yahoo. Need it!

    Fix my new Firefox so that I have all the contacts, bookmarks, etc etc. I need all my stuff from my old Safari Yahoo if I am going to stay with Firefox. It said I was going to loose it with Safari. With Firefox i have already lost it. If you make me switch then switch all my stuff with it.

  15. In your Basic Mail, how do you erase or delete a contact?

    Give us back the last Yahoo! Mail where everything worked. On my Smart Phone I can see how many contacts I have but on the old basic mail and your latest mistake, I can't find how to delete contacts or find how many contacts I have. You have incompetents designing this stuff.

  16. How about allowing me to EDIT and/or REMOVE contacts?

    It's ridiculous that I cannot edit and/or remove contacts. Whoever set this up should be fired.
