"Sorry, we don't recognise this email address.
when my wife is trying to sign in with her email id she is getting the message "Sorry, we don't recognise this email address.". WHen she is trying to create new email id with the same name she is getting the message "A Yahoo account already exists with this email address. Sign in." And when she try's to sign in she again gets the message "Sorry, we don't recognise this email address." Kindly help.

How do I my contacts back?? These contacts had phone #s & addresses! WTF
I am looking through my contacts and half of them are gone. HOW DO I GET THESE BACK!!!!! WTF WHY WOULD YOU AUTOMATICALLY DELETE A PERSON'S CONTACTS!!! How do I get these back???!!! Can you restore the previous YAHOO!!!

This is terrible. I can't edit or delete some of my contacts.
Reverse back to the previous platform. All these negative feedback should tell you something is terrible wrong.

CANNOT 'DELETE' OLD 'UNREAD' MESSAGES
i have tried multiple times to 'delete' old unread messages, yet they still keep COMING BACK. I tried clicking at the top, and only unclicking the ones I wanted to keep, yet all of them came back, over and over.
I AM AT MY WITS END, AS IT SHOW'S ME, DELETED 65, THEN 90, THEN 56 THEN THEY ALL COME BACK.

You force the "new and improved" Yahoo on me and now people who are IN MY ADDRESS BOOK are going in the SPAM folder. What's better yet is the spam folder just sits there like a lump, and doesn't let me know when there's anything in it. Really, this is an improvement?

Fire mananagement who authorized the change to new mail.
In classic mail, from my Inbox, I could see if there was any messages in trash, in the "New" mail I can't. Why? As Yahoo Mail filters routinely deliver mail from my contact list to Trash, and also ignore the filters I've set up (repeatedly), this is a function that I need. Is Yahoo Mail Mgmt actually trying to get users to switch to Google Mail?

Please change back to classic yahoo AND FIX email send issue
Please change back to classic yahoo as new layout very hard to use.
And always cannot send email / cannot save draft....PLEASE FIX it, it is troublesome when we rushing some project or busying communicate with own client, and email cannot send!!
