  2. Stop Messing with things that are NOT broken.

    Here's a new idea Yahoo: Stop messing with things that are not broken just to add more ads spaces to a page. There is literally NOTHING about the "new" mail that is of any use to me or add anything except making me hate it. If this is what your staff have been spending time and money on then you wasted both.

  3. Can We have the old mail back. This is so sluggish and fails many attempts to do things

    Every time I compose, send, etc. This new mail is terribly slow. The old mail was never like that. I hate this. How do you spell gmail ?

  15. Quit forcing your customers to use your new designs and "improved versions" of your email. Leave things alone and keep it simple!!!!

    Quit making your email services more complicated than it needs to be. Why don't you offer a basic version for your customers who don't buy in to all the **** that you include and calling it "new and improved". You used to be No 1 in email services now you rank #4.....doesn't that tell you geniuses anything about what people are looking for.....keep it simple, clean and without all the bells and whistles that your staff thinks we want to have.....that's called clutter and useless features!
