    Send Only Email Address

    I can not add a send only email address. I have requested support and each consultant says something different.

    I am a subscriber for Mail Pro and I am sincerely thinking of canceling my subscription.

    I follow the steps to add a send only email address, click on the link that is send to my email box, i do the verification and then nothing.

    Nothing is added on my send only email addresses.

    The most frustrating is am asking support to tell me how to add a send only email address and they are sending me…

  3. Archive Button in Inbox List View

    Have the option to have an archive button in the inbox list view instead of the delete. Now, on the left is the star and on the right is the garbage can.

  4. Your advertising is is annoying and very unproffssional. You obviously can tie the advertising with my recent web activity.

    Set a time limit for advertising that is tied to web activity. Either an advertising committee or a advertising content web czar.

  5. email reply icon doesn't update

    When I reply to an email from my yahoo inbox, the icon beside the message no longer changes to indicate the email message was replied to?
    Can you please fix this.

  7. Emails from specified senders automatically archive

    I'd like to be able to specify senders whose emails will automatically archive after a certain amount of time. For example, I don't need to keep emails from Pottery Barn in my inbox forever and deleting them all takes time. I'd like to specify that Pottery Barn emails either archive (or better yet) delete automatically if I haven't opened them in 30 days. This could be the best inbox productivity feature ever!

  8. Why doesn't Yahoo Mail sync with the Yahoo app

    My Yahoo Mail online has not been synced with the Yahoo app for months. When I delete an email using the app, then later open Yahoo mail on the computer, the message is still there, and showing that it is unread. Why can't these be synced like they used to be?

  11. Attachments: Can not download

    A little frustrated. I pay extra to be able to reach out to you with issues and I can't get past first base....

    I am unable to download attachments. When clicked upon for download, nothing happens.

  12. classic html version

    I still use the basic html version of Yahoo email from a couple of my PCs running Windows XP that can't run a browser new enough to run a newer version, and usually on my others too.

    1. Don't know when this error began, been a few weeks since I checked my email, but when viewing an email the up/down arrows to go to previous/next email are grayed out, which might make sense for some reason for a few moments, but they stay grayed out and unusable. Pretty tough to check my backlog of unread emails since I have to go…

  17. TROUBLE

    I went into Yahoo! Facebook page - says they are having site issues-this was posted about 4-5 hours ago. If you go into the YAHOO! Page you can send a message to Customer Care.....and read about their "outage".

  18. the bottom of the list is always hard to read with ads or scanning going on

    the last email in my list is hard to click on or read the subject cuz there are ads or info blocking them

  20. locking up

    Seems that going to the spam folder on webmail locks up the 2nd time it's opened (or after a while...not sure which). This has happened on both the Brave browser and Firefox. Started a few weeks ago.
