Sync the Yahoo Android app with the new Windows 10 online email app
I use the Yahoo email app on my Android cell phone. I use Yahoo email from Google Chrome on my laptop. The inbox for the two is not the same. I have email on my laptop that does not show up in my cell phone and vice versa. If both of the email inboxes are Yahoo, why is my email not exactly the same? It was the same prior to my switching to the "new and improved" email through Google Chrome. Please let me know what is going on. Thank you! Britt Franklin, Columbia, MD

You keep asking for me to upgrade to Yahoo Mail Pro and suggest I provide feedback, here it is:
I was a paid customer for 14 years, from 2002 until 2016. Until the great breach that showed me that my information was not handled with great care. It will still take some time to get my trust back. I suggest you fine tune your targeted ads to exclude people that you know already used to be paying customers. They know about the feature and the advantages. There may be a reason why they currently are not a paying customer. Having an ad showing up will not change that.

Can't you use AI to block **** sites that use long user names?
Example: ***.space is one.
The real web site is embedded in the message.

Enable the feature to create a list
A list I use on a weekly basis has disappeared and there is no way to create a new list. Major fail. Normally, I would forward an old email, but I need to keep the address in the blind copy field. Very frustrating to no longer have the option to create a list.

Support Information other than a "Help page" and "Twitter account"
I accessed my Inbox after not using it for several months and all my emails havedisappeared from my Inbox. Mainly 2 decades of my mails. I cannot find a ******* mail to contact support. Could you please add the contact information and forward me to someone who could help me?

Why did you remove the next email up/ down arrow choice?
Why did you remove the up and down arrow function? I hate that you can no longer hit the down arrow and go to the next email. Now you have to back out to your whole inbox and open each one at a time. getting so many here at this email address makes this a very stressful and time consuming task.

Someone linked *********** to my email or something. How do I avoid that kind of thing?
Apparently someone sent an email from my address with a malicious link. I'm not really sure what it was but the recipient said it was ***********. Is there any way I can avoid that? I was on a public computer so maybe that's the case

Fix Errors
Every so often the whole page go to "Server Connection Closed" and then I have to begin from scratch - fix this!!
When I send an e-mail and directly afterwards want to delete any other email or even put that one in a folder, the sent one opens - fix!!!

Give me back the old version of Yahoo Mail! The new version is horrible! I cannot add contacts to my lists that already exist. The former version was organized much better and I could print off the detailed information from my contacts. Ugggggggh!

recent problems with Yahoo email
Make it so it works again! I have templates in Excel and Word which I used to be able to simply copy and paste on to my emails. I know that I can do attachments, but that will not work for the people I am working with. When I paste them, the formatting changes. The version on my cell phone does not work well either! My mail worked this morning on my mac now it won't! what did you do today to change the system without forwarding users of a change.
Quit messing around you change something since this morning, now I can't read my mail on my MAC. You did this once before and I had to upgrade the computer a couple of years ago. You make changes and implement them without forwarding to users of an upcoming change. This is extremely inconsiderate on your part.
