  2. Yes, have representatives available when there are issue with the system

    For two hours been trying to locate on the yahoo site where could you either speak to a representative of have a live chat to no avail. Many people uses this site to conduct their business and with the email site down it make it impossible.

  4. stop locking accounts so you can delete us

    1: stop locking peoples emails just because we havent logged in for a while
    2: stop using us not logging in (because you've locked/soft banned) our accounts as an excuse to delete ALL OF OUR EMAILS
    3: if you must do these things, give us a way to get it BACK

    Allow for the change of a birthday in an account.
    My mom created my email and put her birthday, and I cannot create a new account because this is my primary email that I get important emails sent to. I would like it if I could put my own birthday

    I found this information in Google: Open Microsoft Edge and select Settings and more . Select Favorites > Import. In the Import from menu, choose if you want to import your favorites from Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. Under Choose what to import, select Favorites or bookmarks (you can also select other items).

  7. Remove ads that comes to my email account

    Hello. First, I want to say thank you for your service.

    My concern is that there too many ads on my yahoo email account. Is there a way I can remove all the ads from my account?

    Someone tried to log in to my account from Indonesia and I am in the U.S. I can't log on to change my password because you REQUIRE a phone number and I don't think that is very secure if you have my phone number, email on file. It is none of your business what my phone number is, every place that has required a phone number sells it then I get lots of spam calls!

  11. Not able to log in on email app

    I have an LG G6 and I am using the email app that was initially installed when I got the phone. Sometime last week I've been having trouble sending emails (they just stayed in my outbox) so I logged out to see if re-logging in would help and now it won't authenticate or authorize my email and I can't log in. This wouldn't be a problem, BUT I had some drafts and outbox messages that I now have LOST because it's not synced up with my yahoo account online / on the yahoo app?? Please help!

  16. Prevent people from logging in with multiple acounts

    There are trolls who have hundreds of yahoo accounts who constantly switch to beef up their likes. You should limit account switching per computer/IP per day to prevent this.

  18. Account Recovery

    An automated system that could a Government ID, affidavit of identification, or other Government Document to validate the owner of the account.

    I lost access to my telephone after loosing my job due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. This economic impact caused me to loose my own personal phone and I was not able to remove this 2nd Step Authentication. There needs to be away to recover these accounts as critical data is often stored on these.

  19. when Im logged in and I go to finance section (finance yahoo) it won't let just go their and get a stock quote.

    I have to log out of yahoo then go to finance.yahoo to get a quote other wise i have to use the general search engine ... sad and frustrating.

  20. Portfolio tracking page does not work

    Your portfolio tracking page does not work. This page would not compute the total balance of new shares and new per share purchase cost entered. This need to be fixed immediately, or else the whole web site to track portfolio holding is useless.
