  14. Do not remove new members portfolios and make it more user friendly to access the content being paid for.

    Permit cancellation and answer users desires to actually use the service instead of ignoring requests until you can charge for the service. I cancelled, or tried to, several times despite being told I had no such account.

  20. Quit with the repetitive article listings

    When I view Yahoo on my phone, an article is listed only once. When I view Yahoo on my home computer, articles are listed multiple times. Why is this? It is annoying because there are other articles intermingled with the repetitive listings, making it a long an arduous process to scroll through the stories.
