Just write an article from start to finish rather than the slideshow ****. Do you employ anybody with a journalism degree?

This is the most annoying thing about yahoo also it's either slideshow or next. I don't bother reading them.

@Robert.....These are ads, paid by the products and services in the ad. Before you click on the story, check the bi-line. A small "AD" will be visible, indicating it is mot a story. These advertisers have no scruples in headline etiquette when it comes to enticing people to click.

The articles in your latest news and headlines section are interesting, as our curiosity is drawn to the opening headliner. But why does it take forever to actually read the story behind the title. For example, whale found dead on beach. First, we will read about the different species of whales then about their migrating habits and what they eat. Next we will read about the local beach area, the populations and tourist attractions. Then after pages and pages of nonsense we get pits and pieces of the actual headline story. Then I notice the pages I've clicked on have now slowed my computer down? I have chosen to skip reading those headlines and google what seems important so I can quickly read the facts. Whatever your reasons are for these long drawn out stories, it's costing you readers.

Can't Yahoo show a story without going to the next page or start a slide show. It's too much trouble it's take too long waiting for all the ads show.
