  3. I use waterfox and you claim its not supported and to download mozilla?... Agreed your new email sucks.... I write HTML and could do better!

    Add Waterfox to your Mozilla specs instead of offering me another download!...I don't want to use your basic mail...Your not a safe company so why would I pay to use your email services you have compromised my passwords many times and my personal info...Now you want me to pay you to do it...lol...I think Microsoft

  7. How about not making yahoo mail suck?

    Completely impossible to switch back and forth between basic and pro. I just want to go back to email that works. I’m leaving for Gmail. You have the laziest gd programmers. I’ve followed every how to a dozen plus times. Used you guys for over 20 years. After removing comments for the election, I’m done with you.

  10. I've been with Yahoo Mail for 20+years. You win. I'm leaving. You don't care,

    This white listing does not work. I have tried 5 times today to get my mail to work and your system "forgets" my password. How long have you been in the business? You must have a whole new crew to teach how to program, again.

  16. What the **** is happening with my Yahoo mail.. just now I opened my mail after long time, but I haven't seen any pevious mails which I got

    I noted that if you press ENTER while entering address information
    the email is automatically sent before you can enter anything into the
    text portion of the email. Is this something that can be corrected or
    something we have to live with.

  20. Mail just disappeared from Yahoo inbox

    I signed into my account and noticed that since the last sign in, ALL e-mail in my main inbox had disappeared. I'd been with Yahoo! for 21 years & even tho' I clear out a lot of mail, that's a LOT to disappear. I tried to make several requests for them to recover it, but got no response. There's no one to call, no way to tell them what went wrong, I basically just have to eat it. Don't ever use Yahoo! for anything important because you will have ZERO support or help if anything goes wrong.
