  1. My emails keep disappearing out of my inbox - even the ones I have starred as important. This happens to me REPEATEDLY! I need them back!

    Please fix this problem and get my emails back to me ASAP

  2. New Mail is SLOOOOOOOOOOW AND STUPID

    Stop dumb ideas intending to sell adds, and focus on the user experience. I found mysels less and less going on Yahoo.com, until realizing that the New Email was the cause, slowing down any PC even M2 flash drives ones! Went back to classic, less issues. Meanwhile of course, my gmail is my main account.

    I wish I was able to delete all contact like I do emails by just clicking a button and it highlights a group then delete

  9. rejected incoming mails from gmail accounts

    It doesn't matter if it is a new e-mail or a reply to one of mine, every once in a while I do not get the e-mails originating from gmail accounts. This is not a permanent problem, but happens more often for some specific accounts. This makes your service even more unreliable.

  13. I have used the new version of yahoo mail for years- yesterday it went south- I can read mails but that all- can't delete them- can't reply

    When your new e mail program dies like mine and thousands of other peoples did- and yahoo don't have a fix listed for it- SWITCH BACK to the OLD RELIABLE yahoo mail program- It WORKS! Newer is not always better- mine died..Yahoo don't have a fix- switch back !

  14. Lifetime Pro Subscription

    Please offer a lifetime Pro subscription. I login maybe once a month, or a few times per year. That's because I've already switched over to gmail. I cannot turn off adblock because it's included with my VPN, which I have to use when I'm at work. I refuse to pay monthly for an email that I rarely ever login. Why should I pay when other email providers offer for free? Anyways, please offer a Lifetime pro subscription as an option. I would rather pay just one time.

  15. email going to trash and can't move it out

    My email was hacked. I changed the password but now my mail is being put in the trash and the system will not allow me to move them back to the inbox.

  16. why isn't there a link to yahoo search on the email page?

    There should be a choice to search email or search the web at the top of the page, instead of just being able to search email.

  17. Can't delete all from a search list/select all checks everything, then delete does nothing

    Broken delete function when attempting to select all (Enter) then when I press the delete button nothing is deleted (returns original screen)

    my account seems to be hacked because all off a sudden specific emails in my archive is showing up as new emails is there a way to trace the culprit
