  3. inbox sort

    If a user sorts the inbox to show emails old to new from top to bottom, it does not stay that way. It reverts back to new to old every time they return to the inbox. However, if they set the inbox old to new and then go to another folder, the other folder also displays old to new...In fact every folder they visit will display old to new...but if they go back to the inbox it's new to old again.     At least 20 of my contacts, maybe more, have given up on Yahoo and found other email providers. Yahoo got rid of groups, has gotten slower, covers the screen with ads, wants me to pay to go ad free and doesn't like my ad blockers - even the YouTube ones, and is now warning me that, as of January 1, there will be no automatic forwarding to any other email provider unless I pay for it.   11. Some thing is wrong with email receiving and sending

    Something is off with this app! I have tried to verify one of my accounts and it doesn't come through! I also had someone send me an email and it showed up 2 DAYS LATER! I have used yahoo before and it has worked completely fine up until now! I am not sure what to do. This started yesterday, and I am very mad with the experience of Yahoo so far. I might be deleting my account and you will lose me if not fixed soon!

  15. Quit making useless changes. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it.

    Is Yahoo mail trying to go out of business If so, tell the users. If not, revert. Allow ad blockers. Support Yahoo Groups again. Don't take away forwarding. Yahoo personnel should questions directly. Give me a phone number to call when I have a question. In summary, look back at what Yahoo mail was 3 years ago and go back to that time with those features.

  16. Please communicate when you are asked for! Someone hacked my email and I write to your "help" and no answer...

    It is very scary when your email is hacked. I can not receive any email, all I sent is sent... Very strange. And I wrote to help and all contacts I found and I havent received any answer to my "second" communication email.

    E-mail is the Stupidest I've ever come across for what purpose, forced to suck emails from gmail accounts, and lost my entire Yahoo's own emails - visible only gmail account emails, Yahoo posts don't appear anywhere. Login complex - two steps? without the possibility of direct password access..

  19. better spam mail management is required

    Many important mails from regular senders like Banks are going to the spam folder. This needs to be fixed at the earliest.

    It is very difficult to later browse through the spam folder and retrieve the mails from there.
