  1. My email address is controlled by an old crazy boyfriend of mine and I can’t remove myself from his account

    I helped an old boyfriend create a “rocketmail” email address 7 years ago with my yahoo account and have been unable to separate our accounts since then. Somehow he is the owner of my yahoo account. I am unable to change my name on the account because he owns it. I have had to transfer all of my yahoo correspondences to a new gmail account, and will soon close the yahoo account.

  3. How about more vigilance with spam and phishing emails. My yahoo account was compromised 30 times in 2 years. 26 ARE THROUGH YAHOO MAIL!

    Vigilance with spam producers!!!!! You are worse than Yandex!

  4. I have 1 mobile you have number and 1 computer which i am using. No other devices to send information to you.

    I have only 1 mobile. You have the number. I do not have other active devices. Just the mobile and my computer which I am using. Please allow for the elderly disabled who rely on the computer and emails to receive important health communications. Thank you

  5. Again I comment about how ****** Yahoo commenting is. I'm pretty much done.

    I didn't think Yahoo commenting could get worse. I was very wrong. The feature that now allows you to click reply to a comment which then brings you to some random comment among thousands (after seeing the correct comment to reply to for about .5 seconds) is truly one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. Just horrible user experience. Then every time I try to submit a comment about how bad the commenting is, the system logs me out, although I WAS LITERALLY commenting from my profile. Is Yahoo trying to get rid of users? If so, great job!…

  9. Really HARD securtity questions, like which of my kids, if any, have 2 middle names . Or childhood or 2nd sibling middle name

    Mothers maiden name etc is all used for security by banks etc. What about dad? What's HIS middle name? Which is his oldest niece or⁶ nephew what was HIS first pet's name? My phone got cloned and they are ALL OVER Google, raising ****. They got in Yahoo a little but kicked out and no damage. Thanks Yahoo

  13. Stop charging email users to call in for assistance. With what you earn through ads that are constantly disrupting the flow of emails by pop

    Make ALL assistance to email users FREE. You earn enough through all the ads we have to go through just to READ our emails, so your toll-free number should take us to FREE assistance, not some greedy PAID service for which you underpay those giving it. Especially when you refuse to update a person's name on their email account.

  14. Market quote banner lists Canadian market preferences. My location is US. How to change so NASDAQ appears with DOW and S & P on banner?

  15. fix the sound that the pop up videos make when you x them out which is loud and a burst of sound sucos when you just want to read at night

    when I exit out of a pop up video it makes a burst of sound and it is especially concerning at night time when others are sleeping or you dont want to draw a bunch if attention to yourself could be dangerous

    Just send a notification if I get hacked and then I'll change it. Making people change their passwords is too controlling.

    I do not want notifications from comments sent to my inbox. Opting out only seems to last about 24 hrs. Opting out SHOULD last until the user opts back in, not for a mere 24 hrs.

  19. I have an email address but it was hacked by a software salesman in New York

    I have an email address: petervan2003@yahoo.ca was hacked by a recovery bitcoin software salesman at New York, I planned to recover some coins I was scammed but after taking my information for a recovery
    he demanded my details to log in my email to change password and recovery email for his own.
    That email is very important for me so I want to take back so what I have to do?
