  4. I read an article that compelled me to make a comment.

    I read an article that compelled me to make a comment. There were numerous other comments. I did not have a Yahoo account so I created one to be able to make a comment. Once the account was created, every article had a footnote that indicated it did not want any comments. I'm fairly certain my comment (which was written prior to creating the account) was screened and found out of line with the thoughts of the author. Bye bye Yahoo. I will not be on your website any longer and I was on multiple time per day.

    NOT SURE HOW THIS MESSAGE WILL IMPROVE THE MEMBER CENTER. WITH DIRE AND EXTREME URGENCY IVE WRITTEN A REVIEW AGAINST THE VA FOR STALLING ON HER DECEASED EX HUSBAND'S MARINE CORP PAPERWORK TO FILE AND BE APPROVED OF SURVIVOR'S BENEFIT'S. UNFORTUNATELY NOT SAYING ITS A BAD THING THAT SHE FOUND EMPLOYMENT. IT FEELS LIKE WE ARE BEING IGNORED. THE PAROLE BOARD REFUSES TO DISCHARGE ME EARLY.   7. Stop locking account email addresses so they cannot be removed when no longer in use.

    The only email I now use is the only one that can be removed. The other two not in use cannot. Please give users more ability to manage their own accounts.

    Limited information on email address and phone number should be displayed when doing the 2 way authentication. Yahoo needs to have better security if the phone number is 123-354-1000, only display 123 or if the email address is ABCDEFGHI@yahoo.com, only display ABCD@-------.com The person accessing their accounts should know their info so keep the data secured.

    The company that provides identity protection for me, informed me that my yahoo email address and password were found on the dark web. Yahoo should implement more secure ways to protect your account and notify if your account has been compromised. Huge security risk.

    Very simple get a a new software that recognizes passwords, and information like email address in stead saying we can't identify you even after sending me an SMS password / code that I have put in correctly and you still say you don't know me, you don't know my email says it's unknown .A customer you have had for years sticking with you despite the numerous scams that have taken place where thousands of your customers have had their personal details hacked into. You do not know how to reward loyalty. but from what I see now and your reference…

  19. There is a problem with yahoo mail. It freezes whenever I delete a message, and nothing can be done after that.
