  3. Picture ID... Please

    I can't get to Yahoo without a "Hello" ... obviously there is more you can do. I don't use a phone for my email... it is not necessary for me. If you're ever at an impasse, the phone for a second verification is fine...

  4. NOT deleting app passwords and disallow creation of new ones

    If you demand a special password app to access mail with a stand alone program, DON'T delete the password and then disable the password generator.

  6. Fix technical support - it is atrociously bad

    I paid for technical support and called in to recover missing folders from Yahoo mail. Before calling, I tried accessing my Yahoo mail account via Mac and Windows 11 laptops and trying 3 different internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). Your paid tech support utterly failed. I cannot get my folders back that have been there for years. Way to ***** your customers.

ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS GAIN ACCESS THROUGH MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT OR APPLE ID AND PURCHASE YAHOOFANTASY AND PURCHASE TO RECEIVE ALL NEW PASSWORDS AND I HAVEN'T BEEN NEAR HIM IN 2 YEARS. ALL HACKABLE AND NO PROTECTION, HOWEVER, I NEED MY EMAIL SINCE I HAVE HAD SINCE 1999.

    YAHOO GOT ME HACKED FOR OVER A YEAR BY CURRENTLY DOING THE SAME THING. I PURCHASED YAHOO SECURE. I SEE BILLED ON MY CREDIT CARD. MY EX-HUSBAND WHO HAS TAKEN MY ENTIRE LIFE AWAY, GOT IN ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND APPLE ID BY PURCHASING YAHOO FANTASY. NOW I STUCK WITH TWO PENDING CANCELLATIONS AND COMPLET, ELY CONFUSED WHAT YAHOO IS UP TO. EVERYTIME, I SIGNED IN, 3 BUBBLES OF PASSWORDS. THAT UPDATED ALL FOR HIM.

    I'm trying to sign in to etsy.com. They keep saying they're sending a cde to this email but I never receive it. It's not in any folder, spam, trash,archive, etc. I just went to my account page for the first time & saw several different sign ins. Are these hackers? I deleted them all.
