  4. App Password Generator needs to work

    You have a wonderful email service. It would be better if people could access it through email clients. It would make it more convenient to use and more available - possibly generating more revenue for you.
    To do so, the app password generator needs to function. Apple and Gmail both make theirs available, I am surprised that yours does not.

  8. Why force qr authenticator?

    I'm using a token via USB. My account literally would not accept the token and was fixing me to attempt a QR code instead. Not how that works yahoo. I set it with a token for a reason. Plug in key. Plug in. Not an app. Duh. Stop pushing software authentication not nearly as strong as hardware keys.

  9. improve user experience of inactive accounts

    Instead of deleting the entire mailbox where someone loses all their life's worth of emails, can the mailbox be compressed and stored. If space is the the only issue for which the mailbox is deleted after the account is inactive for 12 months. Maybe keep the compressed data for another 2-3 years in case it needs to be recovered. 12 months inactivity is too short of a duration to delete the entire mailbox. Also some advance notice to the phone number and the alternate email address on the account would be helpful.

  13. Provide automation to delete all messages from a sender, except the most recent one

    I receive a ton of email from advertisers and some advertisers send me multiple emails per month/week. I would like to keep my inbox clean by using a new type of rule that triggers Yahoo to automatically delete all old emails from a specified email address, except the most recent one. That way I can stay aware of new offers, but not have to manually clean out my inbox. This is better than the existing "find all" spyglass search, because it requires only initial setup one time.

  14. Addition of language.

    Hi,

    I leave in Kenya, and as I was going through the language options, I did not see Swahili. I would like to be part of rectifying this. I think it would greatly boost user experience and the company profile. Swahili is one of the most spoken languages in the continent and is a default lingua fraca.

    Repeatedly asked me to verify my account and sent a code to my mail account. One time is enough. Every time log in, repeatedly asked me to verify my account. Please correct this one.

    secondly, there was a no tool in yahoo when I compose a mail. Where was it. I had searched for a tool, nothing was shown. please add a tool for change my fonts or make a bold like these.

    I keep getting a notification to verify my recovery email. I try every time to have the code sent, but it never appears. My recovery email is @frontiernet.net. This obviously ISN"T supported by you. PLEASE FIX.

    I hope they get rid of representatives who GASLIGHT clients! I called to unsubscribe but the billing representative kept on gaslighting me on the veracity of the info I provided him (e.i. personal info my name etc.). He confused me from beginning to end. He wouldn't even admit to his mistake and blamed me for why things spiraled down. Up until my husband joined in the conversation that matters were addressed. Nothing really changed with the info I provided but this guy instead of providing customer CARE AND SUPPORT, gave me the worst customer service experience. I asked to unsubscribe…
