  1. Please turn off the 1 hour wait.

    I don't know if it is because I am logged on with my phone or if it is because I have privacy settings. I mainly use Yahoo for fantasy sports and occasionally for news (when you don't have the comments turned off). However, if this continues, I will use another service for fantasy sports next year.

  3. Provide customer service free of charge. you have didpicable customer service.

    I don't need help very often, maybe every 5 years. I have had my email account for the last 10 years. All the new security features have me at a loss to keep up with the chages. I recently got locked out due to the fact that Yahoo wanted to verify my identity using an old phone number on my account. You have taken away any means of updating this info, I get locked out of my email account, and now am expected to pay of help My credit card was charged for a service I did not want. This…

    Stop the spam emails before we get them - or make a fast delete so when used the email source is blocked. So when a delete all emails from the junk folder they are blocked from that sender. unsubscribe doesn't work. they just send more and more.

  5. Make primary 2FA method selectable.

    You need to make the primary 2FA selectable. I dont use Authenticators on a regular basis so therefore I should be able to set my 2FA to text message or phone call since that is with me almost all the time.

  9. After enabling Key Password, no third part app password available

    Just enabled the key password account... then it's not possible anymore to generate a third app password.
    So I deactivated the key password.. And I'm stuck, it's not possible anymore to generate a third app password !!
    Please fix that !
    It's very important to be able to use other apps than yahoo mail ! Or I'll be obliged to move to another mail provider.

  18. Content in your draft emails not disappearing

    Make sure your site doesn’t randomly obliterate content in draft emails. I had an ongoing draft email I was working on for weeks and all the content disappeared without a trace. Tried to recover it and it only recovered 50 emails in my main inbox. Called support for help and the lady was useless and couldn’t explain why that happened. She said they’d try to recover it, but there seems to be no explanation of WHY it happened. It’s so unfair and messes up. Weeks of work just gone from my draft

  20. why is Yahoo anti-LGBT?

    Any article posted by Yahoo that mentions LGBT get FLOODED with hate speech (which Yahoo won't remove) comments and personal attacks. Yet articles that mention religion on right wing politics don't get slammed with the same level of attacks. Why is Yahoo allowing this to happen? Why won't Yahoo take a stand and protect its users from abuse? Why is Yahoo ok with their forum becoming another internet haven of hatred and bigotry like Twitter, Facebook, and 4Chan?
