  5. Let me change my birthday, please. No one gives you their real birthday at first

    Allow users to correct their birthday.

    Problem - most people don't give yahoo accurate data until they know they want to use the email as more than a burner account. As a result, incorrect or incomplete data is entered upon account creation.

    Solution - as users decide to stick with a yahoo account, allow them to correct their information, especially birthdays.

    Benefit to the user - our information is more secure (it's annoying that currently we're not allowed to change our birthdays for "security reasons.") For security reasons, it would be far more secure to allow us to edit all…

  18. Too much Spam Mail when I pay for it to be filtered

    I get multiple Spam email in the INBOX from "McAfee subscription", "Iphone delivery", "Home Depot reward", etc. They are all email addresses with a long string of letters (example: kkdshfeugwpoidhkacnbswjwoteoidclhiohwernbogabjdk@weibo.com). I pay to not receive Spam, so why can't these type of emails be filtered into Spam when they are so obvious based on the email address?

  20. Stop your staff from editing thumbs up and down

    Who runs Yahoo? You have a text box for comments with the ability for people to input Yahoo Emojis. Yet if you actually USE one of those things, it automatically sends your comment for review. And seriously, more than anything else, you have staff that adjusts our thumbs up and down. A thumbs down of -1 shouldn't happen. I click once its 1. suddenly its nothing. i click it again its -1.
