I have a complaint regarding deleting my account
So far I have been on hold for an hour waiting on a supervisor regarding my account being deleted. The customer service representative stated that I have to look for articles to delete my account. I did that and still when I tried to delete my account the page says " uh oh something went wrong try again later ". Now the rep wants to charge 12.99 for my call, what is going on ? update personal information name and birthdate
I should be able to update my name and dob on the personal information setting area. When sending my email information to others my personal name should not be sent. unless I select either nickname or personal can you make a version or send to my gender I can update why not the entirety!!

Remove multiple logons
I had 33 logons to Yahoo, all were legitimate, but, obviously, I didn't need all of them. But, there was no way to do all at once (except for the current one, of course). So, I had to scroll through each and every one in the list, then click one of them, then click "delete", then click "are you sure" (or whatever). Very tedious. Add a "delete all but current" functionality, or a checkbox next to each with an "all or none" option, after which the user can decide which to select/omit. Thank you.

I have been charged $5/month for a very long time -- despite that I have reported that the Upgrade to Mail+ was added to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! It was to go on my "Primary" account (professional communications with professional title). Yahoo, in all it's wisdom, UPGRADED MY PERSONAL< FAMILY ACCOUNT.
How does someone actually reach a person to explain the problem and GET MY $$$ BACK!!! I have had these email accounts for OVER 50 YEARS!!!!
